It was not packaged properly and the necklace had bounced around during shipping and the chain was warped and twisted. I contacted the seller and they mailed me a new one that was wonderfully packaged.This necklace is beautiful. It feels very well made and of great quality. The chain feels nice and sturdy. I work as a caregiver and feel this necklace is so durable I can wear this to work. I love how it has a delicate "look" but is not delicate as far as durability. The CZ has a beautiful sparkle to it. This can be dressed up as a finishing piece or even work with a t-shirt and jeans for a little added sparkle.If you are on the fence about ordering this I would encourage you to ORDER IT! This is the 2nd time in a few months I have had to return this product due to a cheap chain. SUPER frustrating. I bought this same product 3 years ago, the necklace held up a long time. Not anymore! dang.

This pendant is beautiful! Looks real and a nice size for everyday wear !! The chain it comes with though looks cheaper and looks like it would break really easy...I put another chain on it immediately though and with a better looking chain it makes this cubic zirconia pendant looks amazing!!!! And I already got tons of comments on it! Looks beautiful and expensive :) I would recommend it and I will buy again from this seller! I was very pleased with my necklace but worried that chain will break and I would lose that pendant :(

Going on 3 years of wearing this everyday, showering with it, just rarely take it off. Still shiney, still pretty and gem hasn't fallen out, as well as has not turned my skin green. Pretty great for a cheap necklace

I bought this twice - once in October 2018 as a bday gift and then In May 2019 for myself. The first time it came in a cute blue velvet case perfect for a gift but when I bough it again it came in a very plain beige paper box. Still very cute though

I just received it today and I loved it at first sight until I realized that one of the chains that you hook the clasps on seemed like it was breaking, but if it does it will still be usable! I love this necklace so much 💗
