Works great!
Works great! Uses an usb to plug in so you can take it anywhere with an external charger!! Only thing is that the legs aren't strong, I tripped over a leg and it broke. I'm a little person

So far so good!
**Update: The seller saw my comment on the phone attachment for the Ring light and sent me a link to order virtually free. That is pretty impressive in my opinion so I changed my review to 5 Stars from 4.I just got this to add to my lighting kit for self tapes and auditions for acting and it's great so far! A little wobbly on the tripod but nothing unlike the other less expensive stands I have used. I like the selfie stick option in case I need to shoot things in that genre and the light is really bright when up to its fullest. I think this with my other smaller ring lights will be a great full kit in these times where we are having to take from home more and more.I do like the many attachments that come with it for different angles and heights for the light and my cell phone. Can shoot portrait or landscape as well.I only wish the "hole" in the middle of the light had an attachment that would screw in there so I could directly put my cell phone in the center of the light, as in the pictures. I played with the attachments given and don't see what that screw hole is for but I'm hoping other things I have around my place will fit in it, or I can buy a cheap little attachment if ever needed. That's the only thing missing in my opinion. Also, the "turn to lock" on the height adjustments of the actual tripod itself is a bit iffy. Not intuitive at first and a little wobbly but still usable!Great little light tho for a great price, I recommend after just having gotten it...we'll see after using it how it goes.

Cheap quality components, especially the telescoping rod and tripod, but very bright lights
Let's start off with the good: - Bright LEDs. These are dimmable using the remote built into the cord. These get very bright at the high end, and that's great! - Adjustable color temperature. Cycling through these for your specific needs is great, and/or matching the rest of your lights. Very desirable feature. - Lots of accessories allow you to use this for many different uses. Here's the bad: - No AC adapter. You only get the USB plug that you have to attach to your computer or an existing USB AC adapter. - Flimsy twist-to-tighten function of the telescoping rod. The internals of that are obviously plastic and they are VERY inconsistent. It's not a quick twist to unlock and twist to tighten. You often to have unlock and lock each individual piece and it is NOT smooth. I feel like it could easily break. - Tripod is wobbly and cheap. The metal legs are so thin that I almost cut myself on one trying to open it up. Very cheap, thin metal that's even a bit sharp. It does NOT do a good job standing the unit up when extended very far. - The included phone holders use a very cheap spring mechanism that you can hear squeak and creak when you pull it apart to insert your phone. Absolutely I wouldn't trust this to hold anything too valuable. - Cord length and remote positioning. Since the remote is hard-wired directly into the cord, and about 1/4 of the way up from the USB plug, it's going to make it difficult to integrate this into some of your setups. Not a big deal for a setup that gets setup and broke down frequently, but for a desk setup, getting the remote to a USEFUL spot is going to be tricky especially if your only option is to plug it into your computer (think desktop under a desk). All things considered this is not a recommended option. The ring light itself is actually really good, but it's designed to be used with the rest of the accessories, and the threaded connector on the light doesn't appear to be a universal/standard tripod size. So while you might be able to find an adapter and use your own equipment, that kind of defeats the purpose of the kit approach. I'd save my money and look at one of the better quality kits. A lot of people recommend the following kit, but it is significantly more expensive, and is a larger light (18").

handle with care
UPDATE:I give one more star then I did originally, because the customer service is surprisingly good and helpful. And they respond fast. They really seem to care , try to please their costumers and offer different solutions, if you have a problem. They are patient and kind, which I appreciate.Original review:I bought the stand for self-tape recordings. The light is suitable for close-ups, but not for long distance shots. This is normal for such products and met my expectations.BUT the quality/ material is not so good. The stand is quite unstable and falls kind of quickly... It seems the mobile device is too heavy for the stand. And after only a few uses the screw (connecting the light ring to the stand) broke out of the plastic part. The height of the stand is adjustable, but it does not always hold. The cable of the light ring is quite short and depending on how/where you want to use the stand, you need an extension cable. But this should not be counted as a minus, but you should be aware of it.Overall, I would NOT buy the product again as it is too cheaply produced and does not have good stability/ strength.I gave 2 stars, because the idea of the stand is good. If the processing quality and material would be better, the product would be good.

Very Great
This is my initial comment, I will give my initial impression and update the comments as needed. We will take pictures of the family photo when the child is two years old. This is one of the reasons why I purchased this product. Architecture: My initial impression was that it was well made. The bracket designed to secure the phone is a sturdy plastic with screws that hold it in place. Feel safe enough to put my phone in the stand so you can consider using it as a selfie stick to avoid losing your phone. It is light and compact in structure. I can easily store it in my backpack while hiking, instead of adding extra weight. Note: The bracket is easy to fit my phone Durability: This remains to be seen. The initial impression was that it worked well for normal use. I will update as needed. Easy to use: I haven't read the instructions yet but I have no problem setting up a tripod or connecting the remote to my phone via Bluetooth. I am not sure I will use the remote control.
