So I started working out with weights when I was about 14 and am 48 now. In that time I've tried just about everything and trained from home kit to gyms. I flirted with getting one of these many times and finally gave in recently. Once you get used to it the results are very good and gives about 90% the isolation of a preacher bench. Helps isolate the Bicep and reduce bad habits / cheat curls etc. Bit hard on the back of your arms if bare.If you're hitting a plateau on your curling and don't have access to benches then well worth a punt.

Solid build, comfortable around the neck. Only thing I don't like is I have to swap to almost a cross body position when curling anything heavy as it gets very uncomfortable digging into the triceps. I don't think it's down to the design of it though.

I'm super happy with the quality of this arm blaster and I feel that the company provides good service with follow up support. In terms of usage, it's straight forward, you just need to put the strap around your neck and your're good to go. The strap is adjustable also. It's ideal for locking your elbows in place for biceps curls and I have gotten a couple of good pumps already!

Quick delivery and good quality product therefore 4 stars. Personally I couldn’t get on with it but my lad loves it so happy to keep. Again, good product just wasn’t for me.

Great armblaster I was considering what one to buy for a while and finally decided to go with this one and im glad I did this one is brilliant its very comfortable and it is easily adjusted amd very sturdyGreat substitute for preacher curls or even if your form is off this will help immensely

Really helps, great gains and now a must have for those with weaker backs like me.

My last one was stolen during covid, I take it with me at work now ... does the job and I like the addition of the extra clamp and neck comforter...

Amazing product! I’ve had a similar product from a different brand in the past and it was not as easy to adjust the length or as comfortable. Highly recommend it. Really isolates the bicep for good form as well.
