Got these for my son. He says these are great boots for New England weather. Highly recommend!

Excellent for hunting
I was looking for a mid height rubber boot that had good ankle support, good traction in wet/muddy terrain, waterproof and isn't too hot or cold. They fit well with regular cotton socks and thicker polyester boot socks. I have wider feet and there was plenty of room in the toe yet still supportive. The heel and ankle support is amazing. These boots were comfortable form mid 30's - 50's temps and had great traction walking through semi flooded muddy fields while pheasant hunting.

Love them!
Got these for my husband and he loved them. They lasted him 4 years with heavy duty use. They do run a little big

Good Boot Overall
Really nice boots. Do just as advertised. The only reason for four stars is there was a small pinpoint hole in the inside of the arch of the right boot where the trim was connected together. This hole by no means compromised the boots water proofing but left an annoying squeaking sound as I took each step. I used a little super glue and a toothpick and problem solved. Also I hate boots that when you take them off the inserts get messed up every time. At first these did not do that but now have started to come up every once in awhile so when I slip them on sometimes I have to take them off and fix the insert again. Annoying but by no means a deal breaker for such a good boot. Perhaps super glue can fix that as well. as far as fitting the only complaint is they are a little narrow but nothing unbearably comfortable. I know I may have only spoke in a few negative lights, but I love the boots they keep my feet warm and dry and pretty slip resistant for a rubber boot. I love the flexibility if the boot as well with its nylon top. My feet used to sweat and slosh around in a tradition rubber boot but not these. Great boot, a little expensive but still a great boot.Update: 9/12/17Still a great boot. Used them hard since I bought them. Only problem I have had is that where the rubber and neoprene comes together starts to peel up, but with some super glue your back in business. Great boot! Little pricy but good boot.

Heavy duty
Bought these for my husband. It was his (much needed) first pair of muck boots and his only wish is that he had gotten them sooner. They fit true to size, and are comfortable form the start. Heavy duty

Super Tuff Boots
I bought a pair of these for my wife along time ago and she loves them. I always wanted a pair for me so she bought these for me and I love them! They are super heavy duty tuff water proof. Perfect around our small farm. They run a tad big I wear a 10 1/2 She ordered me a 10 and I put some double pillow insoles in them now they fit perfect. They are pricey but as long as hers has lasted it seems well worth it. I highly recommend!

Great Boots!
Wasn't too sure about ordering these as I've never found rubber boots to be very comfortable but wow, these are great! They fit true to size, are very easy on and off, don't flop around on my feet, and are impressively comfortable. They also allow me to pull my pant leg down over the boots so when I go out in public I don't look so much like an English sheep farmer, nothing against English sheep farmers. These will be my go-to boots for fall, winter, and spring as they may be a bit warm for summer. I hope they last and will update this review after a few months.

They don’t make them like they used to?
Sigh. I too am one of the many who’s first pair of muck boots lasted more than a decade and find myself disappointed that this new pair started failing at only 6 months…on only 3 day a month usage. At first I didn’t realize it was the boots. I’d put clean socks on and the instep of my left foot would always be dirty, even if I hadn’t been in wet or muddy conditions. I figured I’d somehow gotten mud inside (though I didn’t know when) and I just needed to do a thorough cleaning. My old boots were bulletproof so I didn’t consider to check the new ones for a leaks.Several months down the road, I started feeling water inside the same left boot and I knew for a fact it didn’t come from the top. Argh! I found the upper wraparound part of the sole separating from the boot upper. This was after less than a year! I figured I’d repair them when I get around to it.Forward a few more months (now at a year and a half and still light usage) and I’m inspecting the boots again after ordering repair adhesive and the separations have multiplied from one to three! Now, repair seems foolish. I’ll have to toss them and look for something different.I’m not mad. Just…disappointed. I’ve told many others to buy Muck Boot brand boots based on my first experience and now I regret it.
