The package was small and portable, so you can take it with you with all the instructions. It was pretty easy to follow along and had all the parts necessary. If you look hard you can also find where to email to be able to send it back to the laboratory. They could make the instructions easier to read because it was small font. Overall it was little hassle for what it is, although it’s always going to be inconvenient to test for something like this. I was able to get my test done as soon as I got it.

1- this test kit comes with a samplecollection kit and NO return label2- this test kit does not tell you you can only use it monday or tuesday3- this test kit must be DROPPED at a Fedex location by you on a monday or tuesday ONLY4- you must email to request a label BEFORE you use the kit unlike every other samplekit or home lab kit on Earth5- the kit goes to some weird c/o mailbox in VA not a lab in Germany or even probably a lab at all6- you are better off going through Quest labs for $92 and you will get a report in 3 days from a real lab and the packaging will include all the things you need. Do not buy this. I want my money back.

This test showed I had zero H. Pylori, yet I was having symptoms. Another test showed I had high levels of H. Pylori.

This test provided a lot of useful information, much more than other comparable at-home tests purchased at the pharmacy/drugstore.All in all the process was very easy and straightforward. Lots of detailed instructions included which was great and a prepaid envelope included (although that should be a given). Results were super quick! This health kit was exactly what I was hoping for. It was very easy to use, the directions were clear, and I got back results that were simple and straightforward. This comes with it's own shipping and packaging, and at least for me, shipping was completely free and was very painless. I would recommend this kit to anyone that wants to learn more about their own health in a simple and easy to use manner!

Make sure to read and re-read the instructions very carefully before taking the test. It was not until after the sample was collected did I learn you need a shipping label before you submit the test. You must collect sample on specific days of the week. There is a lot of information that comes in the email with the shipping label. Instructions could be MUCH more clear. Sample ships to Germany. I would not recommend this lab. The process for collecting and shipping is vague, tedious, and confusing.

I bought this item wanting to check my overall gut health. The kit came in a timely manner with clear instructions. It is important to read the product description before buying, as it may not be conventional to everyone (stool sample) but everything is clearly stated in the product. I like how this product offers convenience from my own home and provided me useful information. I highly recommend this item, especially since there is no close contact involved. This kit is a great tool during quarantine.
