Altmont 3.0, Vertical-Zip Laptop Backpack, Gray

The media could not be loaded. After a long search finally found a perfect backpack for my requirements. Bcos of its price I was bit hesitant but when I received the bag realised I took a right decision.Pros:1, Very stylish with perfect colour combination of navy blue with black border & white zippers is just awesome.2, Materials used in this backpack are top-notch.3, Bottom portion is protected with abrasion resistant material with two external straps which can be used to carry yoga mat or small tripod or Jacket or any lengthy items.4, In most of the websites the photos and videos exterior material looks thin but actually it is rugged and tough. In the specifications it is mentioned as water resistant material but not yet tested in rain.5, Dedicated and well padded Laptop compartment, perfectly snug fits 17" sized laptop and well padded.6, I thought mid compartment will be small but actually spacious enough to keep cloths , DSLR camera & other things.7, Front organizer compartment is well organised and have mesh pouch on top to keep passports and other small items. There are two pouches which can easily accommodate hard-disk and big powerbank. There is also a separate 10" pouch to keep iPad or tab or diary holder behind hard disk pouch. Organizer compartment have little space in front to keep wallets and other small items and a key chain holder.8, Front vertical zip compartment can be used to keep items like laptop Power cord, small towel and other small items9, Shoulder straps are broad , thick and well padded with chest strap to reduce the weight strains. Back support is flat , rigid and cushioned.10. There are 2 pouches with zip on both external sides to keep water bottle and small sized umbrella.11. Zippers looks reliable and long lasting.12, This backpack is very light weighted and sturdy. Can be used as cabin baggage in the flight and can easily accommodate beneath the seat.Cons:1, Inside lining material can easily stained due to its light grey colour.2, No straps inside the laptop compartment to hold small sized laptops and cannot accommodate bigger than 17" laptop.3, Organizer compartment zippers cannot be easily accessed due to black flap over it. Sometimes zipper stuck with that black protection flap material.4, Backpack cannot stand upright on its own if it is half loaded. It need some support to slant on it or need to keep flat on floor. If the bag is fully loaded it stand upright.5, All the victorinox products are manufactured in Switzerland but this backpack is from Vietnam.Final Verdict:If you are looking for stylish sturdy light weighted backpack with great qualities then blindly go for it.Update on 19.02.2020:* Yet to show signs of wear & tear such good quality materials is used in this bag* Bag is not too big nor small, Its a medium sized bag* Exterior Material is waterproof, it is ok carry in the moderate rain but will not recommend for heavy rain as water passes through the zip runner.* I am sure bag will last long and it have 10 years international warranty.* Happy with the purchase

super awesome bag !! it is very robust and steady. It has a good number of-of pockets. on both the side you can place an umbrella and 500 ml little bottle.zip are of high quality.Slim design help you make look goodshoulder and backside is padded extra so that gadget or anything is protected from any shock.Con:Damn costly same bag from other vendor would have costed me 1K less.but since this is Victonorinox so I thought let be out of the normal bag from Dell an HP..

Great product and very good quality. Carried it during my recent trip outside India. Small enough to carry easily and large enough to keep enough stuff in bag.Only negative point is design of front zipper which is guarded by a flap. It is a bit annoying to operate zipper since flap interferes with the movement of zipper.Otherwise no complains at all. Pretty happy with the product.

I bought this, but had to return it as it didn't meet my expectation. But this doesn't mean it's a bad choice.Overall design:- Very well balanced, the material is quite good. Looks great, very understated but chic.- Zippers aren't the smoothest (SwissGear has much smoother zippers, for example), but it's quite acceptable (although maybe not at this price).- The material of the bag isn't the firm kind. The only thing holding up the shape is the laptop compartment, otherwise, it would have collapsed.- It's quite a tall bag, actually, not a fat one. So don't expect to stuff too many things in it.What I expected:I wanted something that would be big enough to stuff a laptop, a couple of books, along with the regular chargers, wireless mouse, sunglasses + box, PLUS a few clothes if I'm taking a trip for a couple of days. Unfortunately, once I stuffed these in, it was close to bursting, but more importantly, it FELT like it was close to bursting.Verdict: Very nice bag, easily recommendable for daily use + maybe an overnight trip with ONE change of clothes. Anything more is a stretch.

Excellent product with solid build quality while looking pretty cool as well. I use it on a daily basis. The bag compartments are well-sorted and easy to organize your stuff. If you are okay with the price, it will be a product you will be able to use for a long time and not tire of it.

This international brand is not easily available in India. But Amazon has got the great at amazing price. Very durable, stylish bag.

Great quality...not too bulky....can accommodate 17 inch laptop....the product is original. Padding is good. Go for it. This will last a lifetime

Buena calidad era lo que esperaba.

This is the second backpack I've just bought from this model. Altmont 3.0 range is discontinued already and in my opinion it is much better than the new Victorinox range, i.e Altmont Original which is worse design with increased price! This backpack is well designed with enough separate compartments and pockets (perfect for my needs), stylish, slim, lightweight for it's size and good quality material. The first one I've got more than 3 years ago, used it quite frequently and still almost no sign of wear! When I saw the new range I've decided to buy one more from this model, while last available ones are still around for a better price!

es grande, caben muchas cosas, si buscas algo donde metas, laptop, topes, cuadernos, es buena opción.materiales de buena calidad.el unico pero que pondría es que dentro de los compartimientos grandes les falta otros compartimientos con cierres , solo tiene 1, y los demás son muy grandes, pero si te gusta tener todo bien organizado y separado

El mejor que he tenido.. Me lo robaron en el aereopuerto de Bilbao... Tiene mi nombre y mi correo si alguien lo ve me gustatia recuperarlo

I'm not going to lie, I love this backpack. I'm now buying it for the 3rd time. It looks stylish, has enough pockets and space, it's great.
