I Bought this and """"IT WORKS ON 12VOLTS""""" If it was 120 volt AC it would not - it would FRY!
Google search the product number Flex a Lite 236!Sold by Automotive outlets - for 12v DC.If it was 120 volt AC it would not work and would likely go upin a POOF of smoke!~~~ DO NOT PLUG THIS INTO 120 volts A/C ~~~~~~

excellent product
I have used several different fans for project cars. This fan seems to be very well constructed.Airflow appears consistent with listed values.

1996 Jeep xj 4.0
It works great. Once I figured out the fan controller that I bought seperately it worked flawlessly. It is large and it is thicker than I would have liked but I made it work. I put it on the teeny tiny radiator on my jeep. It hangs down below the radiator substantially so I'll have to mock up a shroud. Additionally I had to grind down the studs that held the clutch fan on in order to make some more room for the fan to fit.

Easy to install and wire up
A+ to flex-a-lite for making their fans just so damn easy to install, hookup, and providing mounting hardware. every little bit of extra cooling helps for an old V8.
