I am so so so glad I bought these before I gave birth and now I’ve already finished them and got more. They are so essential to healing especially the cooling sensation and how much fluid it catches more than pads without itching me bad down there. I had a third degree tear that tore the part that covers my rectum. There was obsiously discomfort but not much pain at all unless I sit or lay down a certain way where the pad gets jammed between the sutures but that’s not the product’s fault.As long as you readjust it’s all good. And it seriously helps with not swelling. Highly highly recommend!!For reference it’s only been almost a week since the delivery but I’ve healed up so much. I use this alongside Tucks and perineal foam, as well as the peri bottle.

These are my favorite piece of my postpartum care regimen. I bought whole Friday Mom system. Postpartum after my first pregnancy was rough and looking back I wish I would’ve taken better care of myself during the healing process. I decided to go all out with my second. These pads are really pretty absorbent and I found they stay cool far beyond 20 minutes. I also had Lisinoh frozen pad sickles and found them to be painfully cold. I may move them from the freezer to the fridge to use the rest of them up, but I much prefer these. The cover on them is very soft and smooth. They are cool almost instantly after you pop them. Be sure to shake them up and even out the contents throughout the pad. I gave birth four days ago and already 90% of my swelling is gone. Amazing!!!!
