Super pleased with a product that I really didnt need
I picked these up just on a lark more than anything: my hands didnt really get tired of gripping the handlebars like normal, but in fact, I routinely brought my thumbs over the tops of the bars just to give them a little rest, and keep blood flowing. Turns out, these are perfect to hook your thumbs on, or even to allow your thumb-crotch (pretty sure thats a real word, if not, I am claiming it now) to sit against to help keep away any cramps. My only issue is that I sometimes forget that these TOGS should be uphill only and I'll mistakenly have my thumbs locked into them on decents, but thats clearly a user error. If you ever experience any cramping or tingling on long rides, give these a shot...its a simple solution to a problem I didnt realize I had

Great for alternate hand position
These are a little pricey, but the alternate hand position on my MTB flat bar is worth it. Never thought being able to rest my thumb on top of the hand grip would provide so much comfort. These give a stable place to wrap my thumb around when pedalling long stretches of gravel or road. I am able to slightly adjust them by rotating them on the bar depending on how I want my hand angle.

Good product, but deficient design.
I actually like using them and the grip they provide when you're climbing, however the design is not that good. The little screw you tighten screws into a small nut that rests on the same structure, however a little torque strips the structure plastic that holds the nut, so the screw and nut starts rotating altogether and can't be screwed any further.Yes, I know little screws shouldn't be tightened too much, but at least enough for the Togs to not rotate on the bar. But they do and I can't screw them any further because the nut has already stripped. Poor design for a $30 expensive little accessory.

I'll admit it, I like them.... give them a couple rides
Well dang it..... I love these. Are they over priced? I think so. I have them on one bike (to try them out) but I can't quite bring myself to pay $20 to $25 to out the rest of the bike..... i probably will someday. There are cheaper models... but they aren't in the same league

Great product
Before I put togs on, I would have to give my hands a break every 20 minutes. Now I can ride for an hour for a MRE bar and a drink of water , then ready to go again. Thank you for a great product. Learned about this on MTB podcast.

Not as good as old school bar ends but they don't catch on trees
I've only ridden 5 times since install but so far I like them. With 700mm plus wide handlebars catching / snagging on tight sections of trail is a problem with traditional bar ends. At half the cost of SQlab 411 Bicycle Innerbarends they are worth what you pay but I expect the SQlab 411 Bicycle Innerbarends would be nicer. If someone wants to send me a pair I'd do a detailed comparison.

Pretty damn cool.
When I first set out I thought these were a little goofy, then came the fire road climb. The really did offer up a new relaxed hand position, comfortable and secure. When not in use you don't even know they are there. Only one ride so far, but I think they are perfect.
