Sugar substitute
Used for an apple pie for a friend that is diabetic. They said the pie was great. Easy to use 1:1 ratio to use for sugar substitute.

Would be great if I was allergic
I don't think getting half a bag for $10 is worth it but it's very similar to regular sugar. I just hate I had an allergy to it.

No after taste
Works for me, getting off of sugar slowly but surely. No after taste, and sweetens just enough.

I like it, but
I like it but you have to use a lot to get the sweetness you are used to.I like the tast and it is easy to use. Fantastic in cakes.
