Bought this the other day. I had a Fidelity old 1960s record player. Thought it was about time to bring it upto modern day, I love vintage stuff but figured it was about time to give someone else a go with it. Incredibly well packed for delivery, packed in 3 boxes. Now onto the player itself, lovely wood finish. Would have liked the cassette player on the front but this is a minor niggle. Love the fact it has a clock and displays date and time. Firstly tried the record player. Nice needle, no auto return so manual operation required but this is fine. Played my Kate Bush records on it lovely. Sound very nice and warm with EQ selector which I have kept mine on Rock needle looks like it'll last for a long time and was well protected with stylus plastic protector. Plays at a nice speed and correct speed which makes a nice change from these players as some play fast or slow. Also has a cue lever which is a nice touch to keep people from damaging records. FM Radio, nice sound, standard as is with FM. Tuned it into my local station easily. CD plays lovely no jumping or skipping and very low noise from player. Bluetooth was an amazing addition. No hiss from my phone to the machine and very easy to set up too. Lovely full sound which is unusual for Bluetooth aswell. Highlight of the machine is the cassette player for me. Cassette player plays my tapes from back in the 80s very nicely indeed. Couldn't even tell it was a cassette I was playing. As I say could have been on the front but a minor niggle. Fast forward nice addition and I don't mind about a rewind. USB works great. Works with MP3 files nicely. Aux again a nice addition as I've got a minidisc player which I like to plug in and use the speakers. Speaker quality is very nice indeed. Well made sturdy and will last a long time. Hope this helps anyone and for a first record player or even an upgrade this will be very good for you.

Haven't used my vynils for over 30 yrs and was surprised with the sound quality. Very sturdy unit but not too heavy to move. A good buy.

Lovely looking vintage style record player. Bought as a gift for my son, and he loves it. Sound quality is good, also has many different features. Great record player, looks classy.

I bought this particular model as it has received numerous excellent reviews. The sound is very good and ideal for playing those old 7's and albums. The only thing I would add is that according to the manual, the arm should auto-retract, my ones doesn't. It in no way takes away from the vinyl experience. The manual in the box wasn't exactly as per the unit, the unit I received had an auto-stop function that kills the record dead as it hits the dead wax so you need to make sure the auto-stop is off. There is no mention in the manual on this feature. I'm looking forward to using it to it's full potential as I have a lot of tapes I'd like to digitize, all in all, superb.

When the item arrived the cd player didn't work, I tried 10- different cd's. I emailed the seller and I received a reply in broken English asking if I'd 'switched it to cd player', which obviously I had. It was making an awful laser-like sound, obviously an issue with the laser on the cd player. How can this happen on a new item? The seller advises that they offer replacement items, they don't. They only offer refunds - which means if this is bought as a gift and you have to return it, you have to seek a replacement, or buy another. I bought this on a lightening deal, and it went up by £35 afterwards, therefore I couldn't order a new one as it would have cost more. The actual item: The sound quality is very poor, there is no bass on the speakers and the overall sound quality is appalling, even if the cd player worked I'd be returning it anyway. The Bluetooth range is about 15m at best, not 30m as advertised - again very poor sound quality. Overall - it does look good, I have to give it that, but if you intend on using it and enjoying your music then isn't for you. I'd be embarrassed to play it around any friends/family.

So this makes a nice sound. The look of the machine is spolied by a bright red light that appears when the machine is on, which does not go with the retro look.I have put a bit of masking tape over the offending light! When you play a record or a cd, when this comes to an end, if you do nothing, the machine turns itself off. Fair enough, but in order to turn the machine on again you have to press a tiny on/off button on the front of the machine, the main on/off button on the back of the machine won't turn it back on! When this happened to me I thought the machine had packed in and was on the point of returning the machine as faulty, before I discovered the other tiny on/ off! So over all pretty good, but knowing about the tiny on/off button is key!!!

One of my best amazon buys ever. Only 2 faults, remote is not user friendly, I don’t use it and the second is not the players fault but The radio reception is poor but that’s just because where I live. But overall considering the price this is a great piece of Kit

Wooden case looks good but inside is low quality plastic turntable and platter . Sound quality poor and EQ changes had little effect . Considerable background hum from amplifier when turning up volume . Returned the item .
