Clairol Root Touch Up is easy to use and it extends my time between visits to the salon. I was delighted when I found my best color match, but over time the selection of colors available in stores has been cut to just a few. Ordering online makes getting my best color match easy, and the cost savings when buying a multipack makes it a bargain as well!

This worked out really well for being it's the first time that I've tried the touch up and just was so easy and only took 10 minutes and you don't have to worry about doing your whole head so I highly recommend this product

I like auburn shades, but as my hair got grayer and the gray resists color, the roots were always a much brighter red than auburn. I tried dark brown in the same product, but it was too dark. Then I found this dark auburn. It covered the gray . I use two pack and use it as overall color because nothing out there gives me this wonderful shade. The photo is Nader a bright vanity light and looks lighter. I am too camera shy to include my face. No orange tint, no copper tint, just a nice reddish brown. I hope they keep these around forever. I cannot find this shade in the store. Thank you Amazon!

It isn't 'dark auburn' - it's more light auburn and doesn't last long at all.I wouldn't bother buying again and wasting my money.

I cannot give a single star but the system required it. This product was previously opened and because it's haircolor it is unusable. On top of that I am not allowed to request a refund or a replacement! The dye came out of the tube in clumps and would not mix with the developer. I have used this product for years and never experienced this.
