Narex822001 Sloyd Carving Knife 2-1/4" Blade High Carbon Steel Hardened to HRc 61

This is a great wood carving knife at a great price. Steel is first quality. Comes razor sharp. Just remember to NEVER let it get dull enough that you have to use a stone to sharpen it. Prevent that by purchasing a quality strop and stropping the blade every ten minutes or so while you're carving. Old time barbers used the same straight razor for decades just by stropping it often. I recommend watching a UTube demo on stropping to learn how. Bought one for my son and quickly ordered one for myself, even though I have a bunch of good knives. Happy carving! Pete

Like a mora 106, but super sharp out of the box, I've been using it to mix up my handles and avoid blisters, but I like the size and feel of this knife.
