Amazon Brand - Solimo Premium Dog Hip & Joint Supplement Chews with EPA and DHA, 120 Count

My pup is part dane and has hip pain at a young age. I've tried a few different brands and this one has worked the best at a much lower price point

I wasn't expecting much, my large breed dog is getting older and has been walking stiffly (almost limping) for several months, so I thought this might make moving a little easier for her. After a few days she seemed to be moving less carefully, and I was happy. But then like a week or two into theses treats something happened that she hadn't done in probably a year, she played. It was like she wasn't stiff at all and she played fetch/keep away, running all over the apartment, dodging under and around furniture, for like a half hour before deciding to settle down and chew on the rawhide she had been playing with. It was amazing and I couldn't be more thrilled, I hope it happens regularly now that she's on this joint treat.

Our elderly German shepherd had a very sensitive stomach and several different brands of the joint supplement really upset her stomach. She used to use a brand that did wonders for her without upsetting her stomach but it was discontinued. We then tried another (more expensive) brand that was fine but didn't seem to help more then the cheaper discontinued one we used to use. We decided to take a chance with this Amazon brand and are really happy with it. The price is right and the dogs both love them (we also have an elderly Maltipoo but he has a stomach of steel lol). My biggest complaints about them are:1. The ad says made in America but the actual package does not specify a country of origin. This makes me concerned it is in fact origin of China which we definitely don't want.2. Many of them are broken into pieces so I'm stuck guessing how many pieces is equal to one whole treat to make sure they get the right dosage.Otherwise we are satisfied with this purchase - but aren't sure we would purchase again without clarification on the country of origin .

Our dogs (3 bird dogs) think they are getting treats, and they start whining and shivering when we pick up the bag. They woof them down. I think the dogs love the smell of them. Smell like good dog food. The best part is, the two older dogs got more active after eating several a day for a week or so. As I said, we use them as treats and a health benefit. It is now a regular part of their daily diets. We have them on automatic order. Get Some Now!!!

This is one product I would highly recommend. My dog could hardly stand, I was skeptical if anything would help her then a visit to the Vet. I decided to try these vitamins and hope she would eat them, she loved them. I swear in a couple days she was moving alittle better. In a week getting up and moving good. It's been 3wks and no lies she ran today and I made a fuss which she did again. I highly recommend at least try them for a couple was. I'M sure you will be satisfied.

Not sure if it’s the taste or it’s so solid that it’s hard to chew? Our 5 year husky spits it out. I’m going to crush into smaller bits to give another try.Next purchase it will be softer.

Since we’ve been giving this to our large dog, his pain in his hips has diminished. Weve had him in it for over a year and will continue to give them to him. It’s really changed his quality of life.

our vet recommended dasuquin, but this Amazon product has most of the same active ingredients. I might switch to this completely when my dasuquin runs out
