Great idea, poorly designed and constructed
I have a love-hate relationship with portable blenders. They are super handy for a quick juice and for Bulletproof coffee, small enough to take on short trips to make the coffee accessible wherever you are, which isn't easy without a small blender. But there are a lot of buts.1. Unlike standard blenders, the blades are attached to the base unit which houses the motor. This is dangerous and challenging to clean. I chose this one because it says the motor won't work without the glass being in place but to be honest I wouldn't trust that. You must not get water in the base section which houses the motor, and there's only a small rubber ring on the top of the motor section, which only creates a seal when the glass is in place. So I put warm water and Fairy liquid in the blender and blend so that it gets all soapy. You then have to rinse it carefully to avoid any water going down the outside in case it gets into the motor housing. All of this is a bit rubbish, but I could live with it. However...2. The construction is rubbish. The first one developed a crack in the motor housing after a few weeks despite all the care I took to clean it. I am guessing because the glass has to be securely fitted to avoid leaking into the motor, which created pressure? The second one arrived with a poorly fitting lid, so my coffee exploded all over me and the kitchen as soon as I ran it. I blamed myself for not screwing it on properly so I tried again taking extra care, but the same thing happened. It was also leaking through the base unit, suggesting the glass didn't screw in properly to the base unit either.I tried a different brand before these two, and it leaked. I am going to try yet another brand to see if it's any better because if it works, it's a very useful thing. But I wish someone would make one with the motor sealed into a unit that has a rotating piece on the top, which connects to a matching part on the base of the jug, which houses the blades - ie like standard blenders, only smaller.

Good portable blender
I’m mostly really happy with this blender which I got in a lovely mint colour. I wanted something fairly small to just make one good glass of smoothie. It’s done a good job of blending frozen fruit so far.Do bear in mind that it’s very noisy! Also while the self cleaning works really well - just put water in and turn it on - you do sometimes need to run this twice. The manual says how many smoothies it can make from one charge but it isn’t clear if this is with or without cleaning cycles which is a bit annoying - it would be better if you made this clear. My only complaints are that the charging port is on the bottom under a very flimsy flap and the manual is INCOMPREHENSIBLE due to poor translation (at one point it has a diagram of the blender labelled ‘explosion diagram’ which can’t be right).I would also have liked a warranty to be included. But it’s a very good buy for the price!

Amazing!
Really pleased with this. I’ve never made smoothies and don’t have any type of blender so I thought I would give this a go. It’s so simple! I cooked up some rhubarb and put into the freezer in ice trays and it blends that up nicely. It works fine with frozen peaches/ ice cubes too. Looks good I’m the side in the kitchen too. ( Bought mine in white).

Easy to use, inexpensive smoothie maker
This is my first smoothie maker and I wanted something quite small and simple to use. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money as I was unsure how much I would use it. Would it become one of those gadgets that you buy and which Is very quickly confined to the back of a cupboard? This smoothie maker was very easy to use and the fact that you charge it up and don't have cables trailing around and taking up space was a bonus. I found that it charged quickly and the charge lasted quite a while. I must admit that I haven't used it extensively so far, I need a book of recipes so that I can try more things out. Overall a good "starter" smoothie maker and good if you are only using it for yourself.

Very nice portable blender
This product is well made, and has less plastic than others like it. It fit in my suitcase and was easy to use in my hotel room. The blades were sharp and can easily blend any cubes fruit or vegetable. The only downside is that it’s a little bit small.

Good for travellers
Handy little thing, esp I’d like Mr you’re a professional traveller. 4 stars though as the button can be a bit temperamental

basic but very good
if you buy this thinking its going to blend stuff to consistency a nutribullet can you'll be disappointed. but for the price it's pretty good. I use mine for making myself cocktails in the garden during the 2 to 3 days sunshine we might get this year.

Usefull, good value for price but too heavy
Easy to use, very versatile. A bit heavy for what I expected, not something you could carry anywhere. (Bottle is glass which is really nice but as i said, heavy)
