I'm allergic to Timothy hay, but not this. Pet store orchard grass must have Timothy in it bc I'm allergic to it too. This has long strands and little dust which is great, and my bunnies and guinea pigs love it.

Got our first order of 10 lb Orchard Grass hay. It was so green and soft. I have been buying dried out hay for years now with a few different brands and felt there must be something better out there. I was so excited to give it to my three Guinea pigs and they love it. Very happy with this.

I have an older rabbit with tummy issues and this hat is perfect for her sensitive gut :) thank you! It lasts us a whole 2-3 months which is incredible!

Always good quality hay that my rabbit loves. Also wonderful customer service. The one time I got the wrong box of Oat hay instead of Orchard sent to me, they responded quickly and sent me a new box of the right one for no charge. Gotta say the oat hay is also looking much better than other stuff I’ve bought and my bunny is actually enjoying it this time

Orchard hay came in five sheets, the grass itself was similar to all other orchard grass I've received from Amazon in the past. The box was sturdier than other brands I've received in the past. However, the product is advertised as 20lbs of product and there were rocks in it subtracting from that weight. Not an end game for me with a first time purchase, I understand things happen, but worth noting for future purchases.

This has been our go-to for a while now. Started out great but has lately been no so good. Quality control has definitely lessened.Last 4 orders have had a lot more dust and less usable hay for our pigs. Remember your guineas have very tiny airways and keeping them free of dust is super important.Well the last box was not only full of more dust it was full of sticks. What brought us to this brand was an eye poke injury for one of our pigs with another brand. So seeing this here was kinda the final (oh the pun!) straw.When the quality was high these guys were great but heads up you will probably see more variation in quality than you’d like.Also their support is full of AI bots with AI bot responses. I messaged them back and first many times (and sent pictures) and after all of that they told me to complain to amazon for a refund. So emailing their support just wasted a week of my time and made me have to buy more hay from another source.

I’ve been using Oxbow for a while — it’s good quality and my bunny enjoys it, though sometimes the hay strands are a bit shorter, and other times they’re longer and more intact. This time, I decided to try Small Pet Select after seeing all the great reviews, and I was impressed!The hay is super fresh, has a nice grassy smell, and has long and green stems. My bunny started munching right away and is now eating a lot more than before — probably twice as much. It’s great to see her so happy with it!
