Le Creuset Stainless Steel Signature Knob, Large (2.25 in.), Copper

I purchased this item used and it looks perfectly fine maybe slight scratches but barely. It’s a perfect color for my meringue round wide and it elevated my pot so much more.

I used this knob as a replacement for my 5 qt threshold target dutch oven. I baked bread and some other high-heat items and there were no issues with the knob's integrity. The color and logo look great and it attached very easily. I got the size LARGE for a 5qt.

Bought this to replace the knob on a Le Creuset dutch oven used for sourdough. Handles the high oven heat with no problem.

I am obsessed with these knobs and think I’m going to change out all of mine! I have the petal pink cookware and the copper gives it additional warmth and the chicest look ever! Perfect for cooking and displaying now.

So happy to find this pretty replacement knob for my chipped original (oops, silly me...dropped it! The lids are heavy). It is a bit smaller in diameter but seems to handle just as well and dresses up my most prized cookware item. The screw provided was almost identical to the original. Original Bakelite knob broke off in a very hot oven. This is a perfect replacement and includes the bolt attachment. Great look as well. Love my le creuset.

I purchased these so that I can place my le creuset pot in the oven at 480 degrees. I was very surprised that they were hollow. I guess just didn’t realize it when I purchased. They are light and make the whole pot look so much more legit! The only down side of using these copper knobs now is that cooking over stovetop they get very hot and you’ll need pot holder to lift the lid. With plastic ones you didn’t need pot holder. Guess can’t have it both ways. I recommend these if you need your pot into >425 oven

During the quarantine, I started making a lot of bread. The La Creuset dutch ovens I'm using come with man-made knobs that are rated to only around 450 degrees. I'm baking at over 500 degrees so thought I should replace the knobs with metal ones. The large knobs for my 7 qt dutch ovens were not available so I went with the medium size. It was a bit of a wait for them to get here, but I continued baking anyway. I turns out that the original knobs hold up easily to well over 500 degrees so I didn't really need the metal one but kept it anyway. Although smaller than the large size that goes with the pot, it's still big enough and works fine.

I cannot believe for the price Le Creuset charges that I would even need to buy this. That said, this was perfect. Replaced the brittle, broken PLASTIC knob on top of my lid (does not go into the oven at high temperatures, that is for sure). Looks fantastic.
