Might have to use More than recommended, then it becomes much better.

Much preferred over the blocks of creamed coconut because this produces a smooth texture whereas the blocks add a gritty coconut texture and have a proportion of coconut oil in them, too.More convenient than buying tins of coconut milk as you can just use as much powder as needed.Tastes great in any dishes requiring coconut milk. It's great that you can adjust the amount to taste.So, so convenient to have in the cupboard.A packet goes a long way.All good!

Had difficulty getting coconut cream/milk so tried this. Easy to use, great taste and lovely in curries. Would buy again.

I very much like the fact that this product can be used in so many different ways. It can be mixed with water to make coconut milk or coconut cream, be added to a curry in powder form before serving and can also be added to sweet dishes including biscuits and cakes etc. When only a small amount is required , it’s much more economical than coconut milk in cans.

Nice added to curry and other dishes to jazz up a ready meal a bit. Nice texture and creamy taste.

This is a lovely product however I was a bit surprised to see it contains milk powder. I assumed it would be vegan and didn’t even check the ingredients (that’ll teach me!). I have experimented with different thicknesses from coconut milk to coconut cream but unfortunately can’t use it for any vegan cooking.
