Michigan Green Neoprene Garden Boots Slip On Waterproof Outdoor Shoe, Sizes UK 3 - 13

I bought these based on the reviews i'd read, which served well up to a certain degree. The company that makes them also wanted me to review them quickly, (a few days after i'd bought them). I wrote back saying wait till i've used them for a while.I wrote my 1st review after a couple of months, saying they are "good and water proof, plus they keep the whole foot clean while gardening in this cold, muddy, wet winter weather. And also very comfortable. etc. Also for people who find long rubber boots uncomfortable or just too wide and flappy because we have slim calfs, these work well with thick long wool socks".NOW - in MARCH 2018 i'd like to add this - THAT BECAUSE THE RIDGES IN THE SOLES ARE VERY NORROW, CLOSE TOGETHER AND SHALLOW - MUD STICKS AND CLINGS AND ACCUMULATES UNTIL YOU'RE WALKING ON MUD SOLES. WHEN YOU TRY TO KNOCK THIS MUD CAKE OFF BY KICKING IT AGAINST SOMETHING, IT DOESN'T FALL OFF.Very hard to clean the wet mud off - even with a stiff, hard bristle brush. And when dry, the mud doesn't drop off either.Gardening is hard work, if you're an elderly person (like me), who just about manages, I wouldn't recommend these boots. Buy ones withdeeper and wider ridges.

Searched for a decent pair of garden shoes and visited stores etc. Not much to shout home about unfortunately. Then I read the revues here and opted for these Michigan garden shoes.Am I glad I did!They are really, really good. Size 7 and they fit well enough to allow me to use a decent thick sock if necessary.Very comfortable and the sole and outer appear to be durable.Arrived in smart time too so here's one happy outdoors chappie!Highly recommended.

Excellent sturdy shoes for working in the garden, at a low price. Fit is rather large though,width and length wise,so be aware! Maybe, this is as I am a female and these are meant for both men and women.I wondered if I could have downsized to a 4 from a 5 but couldn't bother with the hassle of returning them. At least it leaves room for thick socks in winter. The elasticated inset at the front does help hold them on and makes getting them on and off easy. Only annoying thing is the inner sock tends to come out when you take them off but is easily put back. Not sure on how long they will last but for the price and seemingly decent quality I'm not complaining.

These shoes are just what I needed for keeping my feet clean and dry for the constant nipping in and out of the house to feed animals and tend the garden. The neoprene is warmer and comfier than an ordinary pair of willies and way more functional that crocs in the wet weather. They are nice and snug around the ankle so keep muck and water out. The traction on the sole isn't the best I have experienced and the stitching started to come away at one of the pull-on tabs at the back after less than a week of use but these are still excellent value for money and much better quality than I had expected for the price.

These shoes arrived promptly, quicker than expected. I read the reviews before ordering where some people said they were sized too big and others said they were too small, so I ordered my normal shoe size. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable.My previous garden shoes didn't have an elasticated cuff and my toes often got sore after wearing them for a while because my feet slipped down the shoe. This doesn't happen with these shoes because the cuff keeps my feet in place. They are well made and flexible and my only criticism, for which I have deducted one star from this review, is that they are somewhat slippery on wet surfaces like garden steps, but perhaps that will improve when the soles wear a little.

Bought these in an attempt to stop destroying my shoes in the garden, and did not want to wear Wellington boots for all jobs. They arrived very promptly and was immediate struck by the quality which for the price is amazing. They wear smaller size wise than I expected, certainly to what you usually get with Wellies, but was perfectly ok. The neprene sleave makes for very nice snug fit with no open gaps at top and is really warm and confortable. Did think about the black for more general use, but finally decided I would only use them for gardening in my case but they are certainly good for other uses.For the price it really is a no brainer, go ahead

Good delivery time , the Boots now that I have time to evaluate them are a good fit and comfortable to wear and seems to me that they will give many years of service. My last pair was Dunlop which lasted for four years which was used most days in the garden at some point of the day if only to go out and throw out the rubbish. They eventually split at the back. If these Michigan pair last as long they will be a better buy as they are more comfortable to wear and similar in cost to buy.

The shoes arrived within 2 days of ordering which is excellent service. I bought them for dog walking on wet grass as even if the weather is dry, the grass is usually wet early in the morning so required shoes which are waterproof, comfortable and durable. I have had rubber shoes before (from different manufacturers) so ordered my usual size of 36 which is supposed to be a 3 but they are more like a size 4 than a size 3, as they are on the large side being both very wide and too long. I didn't want the inconvenience of returning them so I put a pair of insoles inside and though, still a little large they suffice.
