Perfect size

Worked as stated on the box
I took this to another part of the world in a more than 24 hours journey, and it worked well. The container is very compact so it will fit in the handbag. I was going to fit in 3 pens but didnt fit, maybe due to the shape of my pens.

A necessary purchase and it did the job well. Kept the contents cold for a long flight.

Doesn’t work reliably
Does not seem to work. Following instructions the bottle quickly drops below freezing, and exploration of other methods does not seem to result in stable temperatures either…so big risk. We limped on by permanently checking temperature and adjusting (eg removing and adding cool bottle as needed) so far been unable to make it work unattended (even for a few hours)

Just what I was looking for
I like to travel as much as possible. I am flying a good 10hrs next month. There is the waiting in the airport both ends and then another 3 hrs minimum onward journey when we arrive. Door to door at least 20 hrs.Im very pleased to say and I followed the instructions that after 6 and a half hrs freezing the gel, that 22 hrs later….yes 22 hrs the thermometer still read at 6c. Perfect. I didnt have any medication in it but still im very hopeful that this excellent bit of kit will keep my infliximab nice and cool for the duration. I reckon it can hold 2 minimum infliximab. Some Biologics are much bigger than infliximab. Would recommend to those that travel long distances for sure.

Exceed expectations!
Gave it a dummy run to test to see how long it kept below 8°c for longhaul travel. Checked temperature in flask about 5 times. It kept between 2 and 3 degrees for at least 36 hours, rising to about 6 degrees by 43 hours. Perfect!Was worried about size as need to carry 2 dupixent pens. The picture in description shows it only carries 1, but that is the 300mg pen. The 200mg pens are smaller.
