It gave simple instructions so even I couldn't mess up these recipes! There are plenty recipes in this book. So many choices I have a better understanding on how to live a better life through Keto.

At the same time I ordered an electric ice cream maker I also ordered this book for keto ice cream recipes. There are no recipes in this book for ice cream makers, therefore it is of no use to me. Hopefully I can return it.

I really like the fact you don't actually need any expesive equipment to make this. really cool

We did one went in the garbage disposer, the garbage disposal choked on it , to gooey. I have an ice cream maker, and keto makes one without the 1/4 cup of xantan gum. 1.4 teaspoon or less is all it takes.

Tried a recipe, tasted horrible, rock hard.
