Has anyone used this for their juice? looking for a good way to juice prep a few days and make sure i have it airtight. any feedback welcomed. thanks

I use these to make anaerobic ferments, and also to store freeze dried food. They are airtight.

Do I need weights for this

No you do not need weights. You do although need to make sure the liquid is above the food and make sure you get the air out with the pump. There is an instructional video on amazon too.

I am not understanding when i should use the pump. should i use the pump right after i pack the jars? or later, when the fermenting is almost done?

Pump it out after packing. oxygen is an enemy of fermentation. I put a weight in to keep the vegetable under the brine. Let it ferment about 1 month at 65-70
