Great Price. Works great! Colors back to bright and Vibrant. Had seen a YouTube about replacing drum and said generic drums work fine and 1/4 of the cost. So far no problems. Worked right off bat.

This is a total waste of money....after 6 weeks the print quality was terrible.

The images are crisp. The drum sounds like it is eating the printer. My kids describe it as "nom, nom, nom".Tried the old drum, quiet as a mouse, replace to the new drum again, very loud. The old print drum was a getting a little fuzzy, images not as crisp, but it was quiet and never had streaks. The new one started having streaks at the edges within a week of use, and is quite loud. The images however, are still very sharp.

Bought and installed, then error message "No optical device ..." Then I took it out, and compared it with the original one, and found out there is no chip on this drum unit.

Was hesitant on buying this product because of the lack of reviews, but installed it in my samsung clx-3185 and was great! Vertical streaks are gone and colors are sharp and dark again!

No issues with installation and printed perfect print on first try. Will update again if longevity becomes a problem

This worked just as it was supposed to for about a month and then it started to streak and fade pretty quickly. I guess I got what I paid for. Rather disappointed,
