Just AWFUL.
I like to do white on black cardstock for my lettering, so naturally I want to find a good white pen. I heard RAVE reviews about the Signos (both the broad and the angelic) so I purchased some of each. The ones I had been using were the Sakura Gelly Roll. I got the broad and found that it beads up (or soaks in) on the cardstock...so I thought maybe I would try the thinner ones. Maybe those will work better. NOPE. Worse. These bead up on the cardstock (or soak in...not sure) so much that there is barely any color. I have to go over it at least four times in order to get a WHITE, and after that there are still 'bleed' marks that you can see underneath so the text does not look clean and crisp at all. I did a comparison to show you. (see picture) I did four passes over each pen. As you can see the more passes it takes, the more the ball scrapes into the color and removes it (that goes for both pens). You can also see that FOUR passes with the signo doesn't even get as white as TWO passes with the Gelly Roll. I am sorry that I wasted my money on these...I would have rather bought more Gelly Rolls!

Super fast shipping
Super fast shipping! They came in a little cello bag... buy you'll need scissors to open but I don't mind just means that they were securely wrapped. I'm a crafter/colorist and I love these because they are opaque and I wanted a thin line for details. I already have the Signo Broad and I like those but I had to revert back to Sakura White Gelly Rolls because those have a finer line and are easier to find at the stores. BUT now I'm so happy I found these because I really wanted that fine opaque line. I totally recommend these for people who color with Copic markers or even color pencils (color on top for finishing touches.) These are great for eye lights... stars... or even writing. :) I noticed though that I needed to give some areas a second pass but the ink didn't get pushed away like I get with the Sakura Gelly Roll if I give it a second pass. Another thing is that the Uniball pens tend to dry slower which may cause smears if you are not careful.

Not as good as the 1.0 pen
I bought these as a thinner alternative to the white signo broad pens, which have become quite popular in the bullet journal community recently. If you are looking for a pen with that level of pigmentation, you won't find it here. These are much less pigmented and will pick up/adsorb the ink if you use them over markers/other pens. They aren't terrible, and I still reach for them over the broad pen due to the thinner tip, but their color payoff is incomparable.

The ONLY white gel pen that I have found that writes consistently and never clogs. My favorite.
I absolutely love all of the Uni-ball pens I have purchased so far. I have bought many white gel pens, and was always disappointed. These work each and every time. I do a lot of art on paper, and this is one of the only pens that allow me to write on top of colored pencils and markers. Most other pens will not write well on colored pencils. I have never had a problem with these clogging. They write consistently for me and do not skip. The only issue I have found, is they will flake off if gets scraped, so if in an area that will get bumped, I would spray some archival quality sealer over it that is good for paper. I love that I can purchase them in various size tips. These are by far my favorite, white gel pen. I always come back to these. I use them for adding highlights to my paintings.

These are great pens. The ink flow is smooth and uninterrupted
These are great pens. The ink flow is smooth and uninterrupted. The white color shows up very boldly against black paper. The application is generally opaque but it may require you to go over the mark a second time, although I've rarely had a problem with this. I also like using the pens with watercolor and they work great outlining watercolor drawings.

Very, very pleased.
It is so difficult to find white pens that work well on a variety of surfaces! Currently on my drawing table, I have Posca (great, but too bold a line for some things), Sakura Jelly Roll, Jane Davenport Paint Over Pen (bleh, JDs haven’t impressed me with quality, especially at that price-point), and Signo. I find myself picking up the Signo more and more. Stands strong on painted or inked background and I didn’t find it picking up color that had already been laid down. Really like using it and bummed I didn’t buy one sooner in my search for the perfect white.

Good purchase
I have been wanting to find a decent white gel pen for quite some time. I highly recommend the Uni-ball Signo pen. The ink is exactly what I require to use in my coloring pages. I use this to pop high lights onto small areas, color in the whites of eyes, & writing on dark surfaces.Smooth, even flow with very few 'burps' of inkNo scratching or cloggingWipe tip with cloth or paper towel to prevent possible clogging.I would recommend this product to colorists & scrapbookers.

Pros and Cons..I love it but..
I love this pen because, when using it on top of most other media like acrylic, watercolor and ephemera, it stands out against these backgrounds much more brightly than my white Gelly Roll gel pen which is exactly what I was looking for.The only thing I was disappointed in is that it’s not waterproof like the Gelly Roll and Posca pens are which can be a problem with some art projects. As a result, I am still searching for my perfect white fine line pen.

Dense and opaque!
Just received the pens, tried them and they are what they say! The pens write nice and densely with continuous , consistent flow, - just what you want! Contrary to one reviewer who said they had to be held at 90 degrees to the surface, I find all mine write perfectly,(straight out of the Amazon Refrigerated Van), - held at almost any angle. A superb pen! Cheers! Tony.

Great white pens
The best white pen markers on the market..Much better than white Posca markers that dry up on the second or third use, these pens are soo reliable time after time. Great over Prisma Colour Premier pencils for highlights to eyes etc. My Daughter uses hers over her Copic Ciaos with the same great results.Highly recommend.

These pens do not work.
Be warned these pens are totally unfit for purpose and useless. I usually buy the broad tip version of these pens for writing on the black pages of my stamp albums which are great but I thought that I would like a pen that writes a bit finer so I thought that I would try these ones. What a mistake. You cannot write with them as each one just stops working after writing a couple of letters. All three pens bought were exactly the same. They are now going in them bin. I would give no stars if I could
