Really difficult to use and not much technical support for the item and it’s outdated now. sorry to say.

This is the first time I have used the shot glass silicone. During the vacuuming process, I hear a pop, and the machine lost pressure. I examined the shot glass silicone, and there is a rip in the silicone. Now the shot glass silicone will not retain pressure, and my glasses only transferred very lightly to the shot glasses. I need a replacement for the silicone as I just received my machine 3 days ago. Also one of the caps on the straight cup started to bubble. (cup cap on left side of picture) Can I also get a replacement cap, as I have only used the machine twice. YESCOM has yet to contact me back to let me know if they plan to replace the busted shot glass silicone and the silicone that's cap is bubbling after one use. Silicone has visible defects!
