Vertese Omega 3,6 & 9 60 Capsule (Pack of 3)

These are excellent omega 3, 6 and 9 capsules for vegetarians or people like me who cannot cope with the fish aftertaste of ones made with fish oil. They used to be available in Boots, but apparently not any longer. This was a good price for three boxes which will keep me going for a while, was well packed and arrived very promptly.

Like this so much that I keep buying them on Amazon as I cant always find them in the shops. Easy to swallow with liquid and knowing they are fully Vegetarian/Vegan. Recommend them.

either you use them already or just trying them out so they are smaller the other makes of omega 3/6/9so easy to take. used to be cheaper in boots 3 for 1 but they no longer seem to stock them

if you don't like "fishy" taste - these omega caps will suit you as a vegetarian option. I have recommended this product to a great deal of people - as when I started using these quite a few years ago within 2 weeks my frequent migraines stopped! Doesn't work for everyone - but I know they have helped a lot of people - and has to be worth a try if your getting migraine! On top of the obvious benefits to joints and overall health. I believe they help deal with stress - as the first time I read about them was related to research with final year University students sitting their exams. Good results showed these definitely helped them.

Hard to be certain ANY supplements work, but having both autoimmune and injury related arthritic issues, they don't hurt. Useful precaution against omnipresent palm oil too - bad for LDL cholesterol, so much for being vegan.Very small, easy to swallow, only criticism is the packaging - foil pop out.

A great product to help with my omega oils. This supplement is ideal for my health.
