First one had a bloated battery and didn't work. Company sent us a full replacemt without asking for a return (which is nice for extra parts/cords) they have been nice and respectful with the process. My daughter loves the game. It doesn't connect well and easy to a TV but is good otherwise. (Follow directions turn off both tv and game while connecting plug if you don't the screen will not go on TV this is explained in directions which unfortunately my son didn't read as he told me it didn't work.

Only one day after opening and using, the screen has gone completely black. There is a spot to put AAA batteries but they aren’t wired, so the only option is to replace with another lithium battery which costs way more money than I want to spend on something I just got. I want a replacement.

Ordered 10 of these, 5 blue, 5 red, for Christmas gifts for boys at the children's home. Ages 6 - 13. They loved them ! Enough variety of games for all age groups. Color screen and graphic quality were a big hit. Controls work well. Buying 10 at one time , we needed something reasonably priced, but also wanted good quality. 6 months later, they are still a big hit. All 10 still in great working order, still seem to keep their charge.

I just got my FAITHPRO Retro FC Handheld today for my little and for me too and so excited because I miss my childhood games super Mario bros. Pac-Man and so on I’m gland to see this handheld games. But the first thing I open it looks like used not new having two line scratches and little bubbles then I try to play Mario it’s ok and I try Pac-Man oh no I’m disappointed and most of the games not working properly. I take a picture to see other buyers for this products I purchased and just got today. And to show the evidence.Thank you hope this it help for the other customer to be careful.

I ordered this for my nephew. He loved it, but it stopped working after a few days. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement without issue. However, the replacement stopped working shortly after as well. I would not recommend buying it. I gave 2 stars because the seller was cooperative, but the product was disappointing.

This is a great gift & great value for the price. I bought this unit after a previous, similar unit, stopped working after a few days. I’ve had this one for about 3 months and it’s working just fine.

Product arrived it didn't have a screw for the battery compartment. Charging red light blinking on and off. Battery moves and game stops the play of the game because it's no small screw to keep battery down! I guess I was sent a used game system when it was suppose to be brand new!

Used about 5 times and now the power button doesn't work. Do not buy this unit or from this seller.
