Works well, better than squeeze bottles or pots. Saved trips to the doctor for more meds.
Oh my, so many meds and trips to the doctor for sinus and allergy issues. I wasn't thrilled with "waterboarding" myself with the squeeze bottles or pots that run ounces of liquid through your sinuses. Doc put me on this with an aerosol. The aerosol isn't forceful to hurt you, yet it puts the liquid up further in your sinuses without waterboarding you.I chose the hypertonic (double strength) over the regular as it reduces the swelling faster. No stinging, nor having to heat up the solution. So, it travels well.

Best aerosol saline
Love this stuff! It's just the right level of salt concentration to achieve not only cleansing, but also relieving swollen sinus cavities. Cleaner, safer and more convenient than a Neti pot, but of course there is the environmental waste of the container to consider.

Best saline nasal spray!
This is the best saline nasal irrigation. My E.N.T. doctor recommended it to me when I had a terrible sinus infection. Prior to that I used the regular saline mist. But I love this solution so much better. It is medicating free and safe for daily use. It really helps when I feel a cold coming on. I even have my kids use it.

Really works, but beware!.
I use this twice daily and I love this stuff. However, over the past couple orders, I have received TWO BOTTLES THAT DID NOT WORK!!! I lost my money on two full bottles!! Once I can ignore. But 2 back to back isn't cool at all. They are NON-RETURNABLE!!I may have to consider the 3 Strikes Rule! Shame on you!Signed,Faithful Customer... for Now

Contaminated batch, but all other purchase excellent.
I have bought this many times (at least 50) with excellent results. This last purchase 8/8/25 with "HYP49625 2029-02" printed upon the bottom of the can has a very strong yeast scent. Family member has also detected this smell. Throwing this batch away.

Use it in the morning shower to clear sinuses
If you have ever woken up dried out from sleeping with AC on or a fan blowing in your face, this stuff will immediately relieve the dryness and help break up congestion from overnight. This kind (hypertonic) has more salt than isotonic version. Both do a great job but you will notice the saltiness in this version. I’m also a big fan of eucalyptus kind which gives a cooling effect.
