Smith Survey Carbonic Polarized Sunglasses, Matte Black, Green Mirror Lens

I'm a WileyX guy for the past almost 20 years, but have friends who swear by Smith, so I thought I'd give them a shot, and for the price I paid here, a penny under 60 bucks, I'm happy with them. They are comfortable and seem very sturdy. I only wear polarized sunglasses, and they aren't as dark as my WileyX's, but they are good, and I will definitely wear them a lot. Less on the water than the Wiley's and that's why 4 and not 5 stars. But with the pricing of Wiley's going nuts - I never paid more than 72 bucks for Wiley Airrage's and now they want more than double that most everywhere, I'm saying the Smiths are a better deal for the price I paid for them here.

Had my Smith's for 4 months now and I'm liking them more and more. I went from wearing more expensive Costa's for years to wearing cheaper $20-$40 sun glasses. The cheaper ones just didn't last long from the lenses loosing their mirror finish to the hinges giving out or nose pieces falling off. Received these for Christmas and I'm really impressed with how they feel, very tough and well made. Plus they look great and don't cost a fortune. I don't think you could be unhappy with these...

I bought these glasses for my husband and when he opened the box he was extremely excited.. when he tried them on he was extremely disappointed they are extremely small lenses compared to an Oakley over all they just seemed more like a kids or teen size compared to an adult. Not what I was hoping for a gift.
