Kombi Rack kayak/canoe roof cradle - to fit T - track aero bars

Not sure how they'd work for something with a more v-form hull, but for white water boats they're spot on. The rubber carrying surfaces provide a ton of friction and deform to fit the curvature of the boat, so the kayak's going absolutely nowhere. The only thing to watch out for is the stickiness of the carrying surfaces makes it difficult to slide a boat onto the car, which is fine if you're able to just lift the boat on and place it on the carrier, but might be a problem for smaller / less able boaters or those with high roofed vehicles.

The kayak supports are brilliant for holding my 16ft kayak in place. I hardly need to use tie down straps (but I do, just for extra security). My kayak is very heavy but I find, with a piece of rubber backed carpet on the roof at the rear of my car it is easy to load. These supports are designed for aero bars with the slot. The only slight negative is that the supports are screwed down to tighten so not ideal if you want to take them off regularly. I leave them on for the season so will only remove them once a year. Highly recommended!

Holds kayak nicely but the knobs are fitted with a self locking nut (the type with a soft plastic washer) which makes it hard to tighten. Do yourself a favour and buy an alan key set to make sure they're tight.

It is non slip so kayak stays where you put it. If you want to slide back and forward put a towel over the rear pair and lift the bow. Also looks the part.

Have a double sit on kayak. Thought this item would help secure more easily. It probably works ok for singles but is too flimsy for double. Easier just to turn upside down and strap to roof bars. Will be returning

Excellent support for long journeys.The kit comes with 20mm T bolts which wouldn’t fit my bars so I modified mine to fit my smaller gap using some server screws which were 12mm.With an extra strap going through my main bars it’s the sturdiest way of holding my massive tandem fishing kayak for long trips, did a 10 hour journey with these feet and the beast never moved once even at speeds of 65mph.No rattles or worries during the trip, I will one day switch to a 20mm track bar system but for now it’s been great.Very happy with them.
