I forgot that my kindle had the new USB C style connector and this charger doesn't, so I am using for my Android phones. It's better than the original. The cord is long and allows me to use the phone even while is charging with no problem either from the bed or if sitting down. Good quality. Strongly recommend. Has one additional USB so it allows one additional device to be charged. Because the cable is long and sturdy I have also used just that, taken it out from the adaptor and used it in place of other flimsy short cables. Worth buying.

I'm very pleased with this purchase! I was having issues with my Kindle not charging all the way, so I thought I'd try a new charging unit first. Right out of the box this new charger is awesome! Great quality at an affordable price! It comes with its own little zippered travel case that holds both the core & outlet plug. The outlet cube has foldable electric prongs & dual USB plug-in ports and it has a nice long cord. As soon as I connected my Kindle to this charger I could tell it was a solid connection. In less than an hour my Kindle was at 100% charged. I was very happy that all I needed was this new charger and didn't have replace my Kindle.😀

I was very impressed when opening the box. The charger itself is well-designed and has some weight to it. I was not expecting this nice of a unit. This charger even comes with a zippered vinyl/foam case with a webbed pocket on the inside!! So far it is working as advertised. I use it for my PS4 Controller stand/charger and has been in use consistently for 3 weeks so far.

No problems with this Fast Charger. It does seem to charge faster and I am very pleased with it. Like having two slots and still not slowing down. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the plug is not very tight in the outlet. I have tried it in a few different outlets and it is very easy to pull it out. Not a big deal but it can be kind of annoying.

This is my 2nd review. The first time I used the cable and plug in, it looked like it was charging but continuously lost its charge. I gave the review a 1, as I was unable to use the kindle. The company sent me an email and offered to refund my money or send me a new cable and plug. Before I decided what to do, today I tried the cable and my computer to charge my kindle. After a short time, the kindle had a 100% and the charge has stayed at 100%. The cable is perfect. I have not tried the plug again.

(1)How was packaging ? "I was satisfied with the packaging". " It came with an extremely long card, Also came with mini portable traveling case". (2)How fast was charge ? "It charged very fast for me" . " It charged my Kindle fire HD 8 to 50% in 2two whole hours". "So I left I left it charged overnight, And by the morning if was fully charged to 100%. " So I assumed or anticipated, If it charged up to half percentage of battery life 🔋in 2two hours", "Then, In another 2two hours it should have charged 50% percent, equalling to 100% in 4four hours ". (3)Did it over heat ? "No, It did not over heat for me from the 1st use". Just to add, I had my charger plugged into an extension cord, And not directly plugged into the outlet". So, that may of helped". (4)Why did I buy it ? "Everyone who is familiar with buying new edition of Amazon Tablets, Then the customer's know that they end up having to purchases a new power cord to charge their new tablet". So with that being said. "Me in particular needed to buy a new charger because the original charger that came with the Kindle fire tablet took forever to charge up". "It would practically take me 1-2 Days for it to charged and reach to reach 100% battery life 🔋" . "And, That's just depends only if you are using it or not" . (5)Was it pricey ? "Not at all" . " It was worth every penny ". " I paid $13.99¢ for it with free delivery" . "I'm a very satisfied customer overall".

I purchased this charger because it has two ports and promised to be fast, both desirable when you are trying to charge your devises while waiting for a hurricane. Welp, all I can say is that it was delivered very quickly and the cable fits beautifully, not like my old one which seems to be small and wiggles. BUT…When I tried to charge my two Kindle Fires, the Oasis and the Paperwhite none of them charged. (Yes, I have lots of Kindles and two ipads. Those things never die!!) What is even worse, even though I was not using them they all were quickly losing charge every time I checked. I will probably eat the $20 loss since it’s a hassle to walk three floors down while the UPS guy is waiting. Dropping it off is out of the question as I am home-bound.

I am glad I took the time to do some research and then find this charger. I was really excited about my Kindle Paperwhite purchase but the cheapskate in me just couldn’t fathom paying the high price for the recommended charger just because it has AMAZON emblazoned on it. I ordered this charger and it is exactly as described, works great AND has a cool carrying case too!
