I've eaten lots of falalfel that has a spice I don't care for. Don't know what it is but it's in a lot of falalfel mixes. This one doesn't have it. I've ordered several boxes of this because it's the best mix I've found. Easy to use and great taste.

It tastes awful, it's like they added laundry detergent to the mix. I added a bunch of extra spices and red onion, which made it taste quite a bit better but genuinely baffled at how it tastes out of the box.

But I don’t know when it was squished but the box looked like it had been kicked from warehouse to my house.

There was a pasty type taste. No spices. I added 7 spice and garlic to mix and letting it sit in fridge overnight. Hopefully this will help flavor. Even so, I would not buy again. Other brands are much better.

There is a unpleasant aftertaste. I added fresh parsley and garlic--which helped a bit. But still not as good as when I make fresh. This not so bueno.

I made these, they were bad, the flavor wasnt what falafel I had before tasted like. Don't bother, this was bad

This is a lower quality falafel mix as compared to several other I have used. The spices used and the proportion of each just do not come up to the quality of other mixes I have used.
