Q: I cannot get the music to shuffle in local music playback mode

In local music playback mode (insert TF card)： 1. press and hold “shuffle (2)” button to enter “Shuffle” play mode. 2. press and hold “ shuffle (2)” button again to enter “repeat one” play mode. 3. press and hold it again, to back “order play” mode. Note: Only when you insert TF card, the “shuffle” mode will be activated.

Q: i have some issues with the product.I have written it down to the comments below also .Is there anyone to tell me if there is any quarantee ?
