So far it is working well. I've used this to replace the D ring on my dog's harness, where I attach her leash. She is a 60lb pit pull mix with a lot of energy and strength, and she has broken several harnesses. This has allowed me to keep this harness around for an extra couple months and the harness is starting to wear in other areas but the carabineer is still going strong. The second one I received is kept with my camping gear but I haven't needed to use it yet.

These Gabbro Carabiners are amazing. They're very strong, but also lightweight. I use them for my keys at work, and I love the locking mechanism. I never worry about losing my keys. Great product!!!

We used this product to hook together a lunch box to a backpack, per the request of school. It works great!

Cant trully determine if these are strong enough for rock climbing as in one description it says yes and another it says no.

Easy to use, great color scheme, very durable. Strong lock and easily holds significant weight. Ergonomics are superb and can be easily manipulated with one hand. Will be purchasing more and highly recommend.
