Bikers Gear Australia New Ladies Jazz Waterproof Motorcycle Trousers Black with Venting Removable Thermal Liner and CE1621-1 Armour

I have mixed feelings about these trousers. I've had them about a month, having bought them as a replacement for my old Ixon Luna trousers which wore out. They seem very sturdy and well made, and feel very protective. I have worn them in fairly heavy rain and they didn't let any water in (although I expect they will end up leaking where the seams cross eventually because they all do). Also, even without the extra thermal lining they are warm to the point where I'm not sure I'd want to wear them in summer much. The knee armour is in the right place ie my knees (a novelty!). I like the fact that the pockets are on the thighs as it makes it easier to get your phone out to look at google maps when you are lost, find a peppermint, etc.Fit wise they are less good. I bought the largest size. They are very baggy in the legs, which means they are comfy but not flattering. They are however not generous round the hips (deep breath when doing the zip up, specially over trousers). They don't seem all that girl-shaped. If you have skinny snake hips and massive tree trunk legs, you will love these trousers. Less so if you are pear shaped like me. This may be specific to this size as they would not be the only company to not deal very well with sizing things up. I am sticking with these trousers because of the price, but if it wasn't for that I probably would have bought another pair of Ixon Luna ones, although in some ways these are better trousers.

I have had these for a couple of months now, they have been very well road tested in all sorts of horrible weather conditions, they are comfortable, and warm, I have never once been wet or cold, even in snow. For longer journeys they zip onto the back of the matching jacket which is nice so you know there won't be a gap between jacket and trousers. I hope never to fall off, but the armour plating feels pretty substantial, I hope I never have to test that part though

Had to order next size up as was a little to snug over my jeans rang the supplier and they sent out next day. The trousers are great for keeping me warm even without the lining in. Can't say about the waterproof yet as haven't had the rain yet but would buy again.

I am very pleased with my bike trousers. They are comfy to wear on the bike and the thermal lining is easily removed and inserted. Would definatley recomend to anyone.
