Great blades.
I have used the 3.5" quite a lot and they're fantastic. I am very anxious to use the 5" blades for boning elk quarters. I am certain that they will work better for boning large quarters. Just finished with a great friend's huge bull and it would have been a big help if I had known about these longer blades. I've got two more buddies with tags so I'll add to this if and or when?

Super Lightweight and holds an edge
I used to carry more than one knife and a sharpener in my backpack when hunting but this gives me a better deal and a lot lighter. The blades are surgical steel and crazy sharp. I save the used blade and resharpen them for every day stuff.
