**updateGot a message from customer service apologizing for poor quality and have been issued a full refund. Also offered new item for free. Guess their customer support is pretty well-done.It’s my first time ever to leave a review on amazon but I just want to make sure that fellow customers won’t make a mistake on buying this thing. I chose this one over others because it has rose gold color option which is not so common in other products, really did seem sturdy and has wireless charging function compatible with my iPhone xs. But this is not really worth that much amount of money. First of all, the product came in somewhat poor finish. Look at all those scratches on the surface! That’s not really what you expect from a fresh new product you’ve just ordered. And what’s worse, the separate charging dock for watch is so fragile that it keeps collapsing either with or without my watch on. Well if watch is in the spot it seems to be holding the dock in its space but if I just slightly move the whole thing then it collapses over and over again, not really surprisingly. If the seller were aware of such glitch, then he/she should have provided at least some sort of adhesive to hold it tight. Or the product should have been made really sturdy to live up to the price but anyways... UPS dropoff spot is quite a decent walk from my house (kind of troublesome) and I’m already too tired of all the cords for my apple products jumbled up everywhere so I’m just going to keep this item for myself but... others who plan to buy this product should reconsider, seriously. I mean it.

To start off I think this product had some really cool potential when I saw some of the comments, but I think this product is just too CHEAP to be true.The charging system is made of light, CHEAP plastic. One design feature is they made all the charging plugs back and forth to fit devices—however it makes it *IMPOSSIBLE* to balance a phone.The charging stand won’t charge AirPods and will switch between devices when you charge multiple. Apple Watch charger also will not charge.I hate to say it, but if you need a reliable charger you’re going to have to spend a little more.

Don’t bother! & just know you get what you pay for! I usually do my research and won’t purchase anything under 4&1/2 stars with not many reviews but I dropped the ball on this one as since the rose gold pulled me in!! It’s no wonder actual good wireless chargers are much more expensive, I really wanted to love this charger as I really do love the look to it and I wouldn’t have even minded if I needed to provide my own chargers for the ports like I need to for the Apple Watch port because than I could swap out any bad chargers. But beware that you can’t charger multiple things at once with this charger on the provided chargers & the air pod charger didn’t work at all! Anyways I wanted to love this so I even had a replacement sent out but don’t expect much!

Omg I will never buy this item in my life again. I brought 2 . One for myself and one for my husband! My worst nightmare looks cheap iPhone watch stop working for mines, and the the charging base stop working for both. We got up for work one morning and both of our phones has low battery !!!!!! I was Mad Mad Mad.... so I exchanged both , long story those stop working!!! I still have both of the in the box under the bed . They did exchange or give me back my money

Would not hold my iwatch. Watch kept falling down and my iPhone 8+ was too heavy! May be good for smaller phones... Not very sturdy! I returned it.Update:Okay a month later the company contacted me and offered to send me their newer version for free! 😳I guess it’s made for bigger phones and watches! Will update again when I get the new one! If this happens I’ll give more stars gladly!!🤔😀

I’m super bummed because I really like this charging stand, but it doesn’t always work. The first month worked like a charm then I started waking up for work and my phone wouldn’t be charged at all. Same with the AirPods side. The place where you put the Apple Watch cable idk it wouldn’t reach my watch right and my watch doesn’t always charge so I just had to take out the Apple Watch carver and leave it on it’s own.

I got this for my desk at the office so make it more organized. Overall it came quick and was the quality I expected of the price. The watch stand was ridiculous annoying to attach to the rest of the unit which I almost broke. I have the series 1 apple watch and did not know but I think that the apple watch charger for this series is bigger and won't fit into the stand! I don't want to buy a new charger for it since that is $29.99. I have no way to know if it just needs to newer model or if it was made small. Unless I missed it, I did not see in the description that it would not fit this series so that is annoying. I was not expecting it to be a USB plug to charge the whole base, not a prong plug. So you will need an adapter if you don't already have one. Otherwise, I just started to use it today and all the other ports work as of right now.
