Needed drill bits. These have a lifetime Warranty. So I bought them for me from wife. I hear they are good but as you can see the case got broke. Now I don’t know if I should try to return them before Christmas trip -4hrs from where I liveContacted company, they sending me a new case-East as thatUsed the other drills that came in the metal case (smaller bits) and wow did they cut good. Glad I bought these and it seems as though customer service is going to be ready to work with-I HATE bad customer service companies-not a problem with this company

I have been using these to drill out Stainless Bushings. They are sharp and so far have been durable. The round case is compact and is a good organizer.

Not a split point but easy to sharpen but I haven’t had to yet. You could pay triple off a tool truck and not get the warranty. Make sure you register your bits. I have drilled out enough grade 8 bolts I can tell you they are as advertised. You can’t get bits like this from a big box store and tool trucks want at least double if not triple.

Bit broke on the first use. Went on their website to see how to warranty the bit sending a message through their "Contact us" link and did not hear back. Submitted another message through their website a few days later. Still nothing. Bits do not last, are not worth the money and their warranty is a joke. If they don't get back to you, they don't need to warranty any products. I cannot suggest purchasing any products through this company.

The good... the bits themselves seem great. Just like any other bit through metal know your speeds and use a good cutting oil and the bits will always last longer. Super sharp and seem to hold their edge. The bad... the case they come in. Not a fan of the circular case in general but why are my bits falling down inside the case? 2 bits fell completely into the case today and I noticed several more sitting low and will likely fall through soon. Not like the case has been beat on. It's sat on my desk for the couple weeks I've owned it. I've opened it a half dozen times to pull and replace a bit. Now I'm gonna have to pop/pry/bust case open to get to my lost bits. 🤨🤨🤨

These are excellent bits. The storage barrel organizes easily. Used in a drill press and hand held drill they drilled through everything including tool steel. I haven't had to sharpen them yet, but I've had them less than a year hence the 4 stars for Longevity and Durability. I am getting another set for my brother.

Second time buying these bits. They are the best I have ever used. Just wish could get my coworkers to take care of them

These things are definitely worth the money!! I have not tried to use the warranty part yet but hopefully they are easy to deal with.
