I ordered 3 different types of chews for my dog from Pet Joy over the weekend and spent a good amount of money on what I thought was going to be a new product with a seal. One of the 3 bottles, the omega heart soft chews did NOT have the plastic seal around the lid and there were 2 puncture holes on the top of the seal and the seal was loose like it had been opened under the cap. There were 31 chews in a bottle of 30 and one of them had puncture marks in the top of it. VERY SKETCHY!I hardly ever write negative reviews, but I feel like I should get a replacement for this. First time buyer.. not something you want to see.UPDATE 4/26: Sent back damaged product and received brand new one 2 days later..no questions asked! Seal was in tact and product was brand new! My dog LOVES them!!!...Doesn't upset his stomach or cause any adverse effects which was something I was afraid of because of my dog's sensitivities. My dog has been a lot less lethargic as well. I have to assume it's the supplements because nothing else has changed. Healthy, happy dog :) I will be purchasing again from this seller!!!

MY pups like it, they eat it right up. I see a slight change in their coats, they are softer. They also have more energy. They have only been on it for 2 weeks, so I am sure there will be more noticeable changes later.

Can't tell if it's effective or not if I can't get my dog to eat it. She loves treats, and she wouldn't even look at this. Must smell really nasty to her.

My Shih Tzu hates the flavor. I have to disguise it to get him to taken. I have no real idea why

My dog didn't just lay around like a knot on a log when I started her on the PetJoy. She is now playful and running around like a puppy. It cost more than I can afford every month. But it works.

This came & when opened, it had holes in the covering inside. I didn't think it would be good for our dog, so I pitched it without him getting it.

Gives older dogs some get up and go.

First day they thought it was a treat and I thought this is great! Second day... Dogs won’t eat it. I have to break it up and crumble it in their food. Won’t buy any more.
