Great reference and a quick guide
This book helped me to quickly learn how to write emails efficiently and to clearly express my thoughts in less than 5 minutes. I managed to master his "pdf" method in a couple of days and the process is easy to rememberThis book is always on my desk and I now use it as a reference book (replaces other 3 books that I was using). Not only a guide to write emails, provides several point by point guidelines that help refresh grammatical rules and avoid writer's block and help to find the appropriate structure to write a memo or a report.Phil's website has also great free references on how to improve my writing style.
