these and their Magnesium Citrate Pills have become a true miracle for me when it comes to using the bathroom, i've always had trouble using the bathroom because i've been in recovery so my medicine backs me up and i started a glp1 medication 5 weeks ago and it has made it soo much worse. i haven't used the bathroom in 2 weeks, yes 2 weeks and i started watching videos on tiktok about constipation issues on glp1 medications and i came across a video where a girl listed a whole bunch of common things to try and said none worked for her until somebody told her about this brand and said to get these and the Now Magnesium Citrate Pills and in the comments people said they order both and it actually worked for them also so while still doubtful i ordered to try and i kid you not 20 mins after taking 1 of each i'm on the toilet and i know it's not just a coincidence.. let me say i'm not a doctor and i"m not saying this will work for everyone but i took someone's advice that was told about this from somebody else and it's already working so hopefully it continues to help me and i can at least go to the bathroom every couple of days.

I have been using this specific brand of digestive enzymes for years. I credit them with helping me stay off Metformin. I take one every time I eat a meal. Very happy with this product.

I can eat oats again without becoming a walking bag of farts. These have greatly reduced gas and bloating in general. Also I just feel better overall.

This is delicious coffee but be careful, it will get your heart racing if you drink too much

My doctor recommended that I used digestive enzymes.. I found these and they seem to work very well I have to take one with each big meal. Their probiotics the ingredients are good. The strength is good. I can’t say enough good things about this.

Original review below.These things do work well, however, you have to be very careful and talk with a doctor as they are not for everyone. Shortly after my original review, I developed severe palpitations and mild chest pains that lasted all day. In the process of elimination, I determined it was these. I held off taking one until midday and felt fine. Within 20 minutes of taking one, the pains/palpitations kicked in. Tested this on two different days with the same results. It's definitely these and when researching it, it is not an isolated case. Not just with this enzyme supplement but any enzyme supplement can have this effect. Please, talk to your doctor to make sure these are ok for you.Original:First, these need to come in smaller pills/sizes. These constantly get stuck in my throat as I have difficulty swallowing so it would be nice for companies to accommodate us types. Even if it means I have to take 4 of them. I've resorted to grinding up the tablets and putting them in water but they are difficult to take this way as well. I've purchased both the tablets and capsules and the capsules are way worse on my throat if I break them open and put them in water.Ok.I have IBS-D, dumping syndrome and am without a gallbladder. I had even asked my GI after having the gallbladder removed, if I should take anything because I developed severe IBS-D. He said it was not a thing and not having a gallbladder doesn't affect anything. This was nearly 15 years ago. I've seen other GIs since and all of them just say I'm eating too greasy of foods, even though I know I'm not. Sure, some days I'll splurge but it all ends up the same, whether it's a piece of toast for breakfast or a steak. Literally anything I put in my mouth besides plain water, triggers me to run to the bathroom within minutes, sometimes seconds. And every time, it felt like I never actually digested nor absorbed any nutrients. I was always hungry and my stomach was always burning. In addition, every time I ate, it sucked so much energy out of me to the point where I felt like I would pass out. It's very difficult to live like this so I've started trying supplements.I went from going to the bathroom 10-15 times a day, down to 2 when I take these and I only take one a day, in the morning with breakfast right now. I'm worried I'll actually get constipated if I take a second dose. I've seen several other reviewers on here say that it caused them diarrhea but they have the opposite effect on me, which is exactly what I wanted. I can take immodium to stop it but I'd still be acidic with bubble guts and these actually stop that entirely. I don't know exactly what these are doing but I feel 1000% better when I take one with a meal.Obviously, not everything works for everyone and every person will have a different reaction but for me, these are a lifesaver.
