I liked the delicate look, they are pretty and easy to figure out, just slip the chain out and it opens easily. I'd like a longer chain but this one works. And the balls do fit.

At first glance, I thought these were beautiful. If I had only hung them on a hook and never touched them, they would have been great. I agree with what most of the other commenters stated which is that the loop on the end of the chain is too large to pass through the bail of all but one of these and you have to take the chain out of the pendant in order to change the ball or add more oil to the one already in it plus one of the pendants is too small for the included balls. I was able to work around all of that because I make jewelry and have the tools, but what I could not fix was that the color rubbed off of the pendants within a few weeks. I bought more than one set, so I included a new, unused on beside one worn for a few weeks for comparison in the pictures. These were listed as stainless steel. They are absolutely not. However, by the time you figure that out, any return window, if there ever was one, has closed. I do think the chains are stainless, because as you can see in the picture, it is as shiny as new, but the pendant is becoming copper or brass colored. Very disappointing.

Chains and charms are beautiful but lava rocks are too big. Charms won't shut. And you have to take chain completely off to put rock in. The heart charm won't come off of chain because ends are too big. So I had to break chain to get charm off just to put the rock in and then found out it won't shut since rock is too big.

Very tiny. Used for gifts.

For essential oil use lots of balls for lots of use pretty

I got these for my daughter who has anxiety. I thought they might help her at school. The idea is cute but the product was awful.The first one I opened, the chain has to be removed completely from the charm for the charm to open. I go to pull the charm out and the chain end didnt fit through. I had to get pliers and squeeze the end ring to get it out. After I put the lava stone in the charm now wouldnt close enough for the chain to go back through. So again I got my trusty pliers out and had to force it and pull it to get the dang chain through.20 minutes later and now I need a stress necklace!!!Next time I tried to just dab some oil on the stone without opening the charm. Well that was a bad idea because the oil gunked up all over the charm and I had to pull it all back apart to wash it.Let's just say this does not alleviate stress, it causes it.

These are so beautiful and smell amazing. (With your own scents)
