As someone who has struggled with my digestive track and using the restroom, this medication WORKS. I have tried just about everything and this is the only thing that has consistently worked for me.Just as instructed in the bottle I take 2 capsules before bed with a full cup/ bottle of water. When I wake up in the morning I am able to go. Be warned though, this will completely clear out your system and you’ll need to go to the bathroom often. This wasn’t an issue for me and I have been taking the capsules for approximately 5 days already and have seen great results. I am able to use the bathroom regularly, have significantly less bloating and stomach pain. 10/10!!

I read the reviews over and over before buy and taking them. I was so scared, because some of the reviews are very scary. So I did what most people said to do, which was to take one tablet rather than two. I took it about 2 am, and started mildly cramping around 11 am, I finally went to the bathroom, felt disappointed because I thought I’d go a lot. But it’s 3:07 and I’m using the bathroom while typing. Cramping is more intense but not unbearable. I do recommend taking one, to test the waters. But I’ll be taking two tonight. It definitely works, and I’m someone that can go days and days without pooping. So this is much needed. I’ll update in a few days.

So I think I may have a slow metabolism or something because for the first couple days it didnt really do anything but then after that it definitely started working. It takes about 6-7 hours to work for me personally so maybe if you have a slower metabolism this will be the case for you as well. I do feel like i have lost some weight but I have been doind a combination of things (waist training, ACV every other night, and low carbs). So be patient it does work probably needs a bit more time to digest!

I can tell that these pills do work. However it made me have explosive diarrhoea like about 3 times today. It will be discomforting. These are like a laxative so I highly recommend only taking one pill. I probably wouldn’t buy again tbh. They’re working but they’re uncomfortableUpdate: I had to be rushed to the er on Friday. I only took two pills on Wednesday and my stomach pain just wouldn’t go away. I threw these pills out and regretted wasting my money. I am on a fitness weight loss journey and decided to try these. I wanted to exercise but just couldn’t do it. These pills made me feel very sick. So I don’t recommend these pills because I almost killed myself just so that I can have a flat belly.

You’ll be hugging the toilet one day then feel light as a feather the next.I recommend starting off with one pill to begin with at night. I also drink/sim to drink a gallon of water a day with this, so I might have a slightly different result. One pill was enough to drain me. I would do this for four nights on, three nights off cause it can take a lot out of you (literally).When I did take two pills, it was a much stronger effect than the one. It really pushes out fast, but you get a short warning before hand. I do not recommend drinking coffee with this as it becomes POWERFUL. I personally did not have any cramping as some people seem to have. Like my body was a bit sore from so much pushing out but I have seen results!! Drink water!!
