Party ChiliFur Princess Hooded Cape Cloaks Costume for Girls Dress Up

Daughter is 4.5 years old and 101cm tall. I bought the largest (10 year old) size, and it is perfect length to cover her heels. Inside is satin, outside is velvet-like. Both sides are shiny-ish. I hand washed it and tumble dry on delicate settings before giving to her. After playing indoors for a while she said she was too hot. I will let her practice unhook it so she can take it off when needed. I’m buying a second one for my younger daughter so they don’t fight over it. Lol

The cloak itself if very soft and hangs nicely as pictured. It has a slightly heavy weight to it which helps it to hang nice, but it is just the satin liner and the fuzzy outer layer. I do recommend using a needle and thread to reinforce the hook and eye clasp before giving this to a child. I did not do so and we ended up losing one side of the clasp on day 2.

My Granddaughter loves this cape.. We bought the largest size so it would go down to the floor, even though she is short for her age (4) it just made it to her ankles. The clasp broke on the second use but that was no big deal, I sewed another one on.. I am buying it again in multiple colors.

Ordered through prime and received it on time. I really like the fabric and the color is perfect. My daughter just turned 3, and she is tall for her age. I took the advice of some others and ordered up a few sizes... definitely do that! This is a size 6-7, and it fits her perfect. Anything smaller would look less like a cloak and more like a shawl. Also, some others have suggested reinforcing the clasp. I would agree. The thread is loose (it fell off within the first hour of wearing), but don't let this deter you. Tighten it up with some thread and you're good to go! I would recommend for a costume, or if your daughter just likes to dress up like a princess 24/7 like mine. :)

I just got this today, and within 30 minutes of my daughter wearing it, the clasp came off. She wasn’t even tugging at it. It was so poorly made that the clasp just fell off. I’m assuming it was barely attached to start with. I’m very disappointed seeing as it’s a cape and can’t really be worn without a clasp. I thought my daughter would love the cape, but if anything it was just a point of frustration since she is aggravated that she can’t wear it.

I gave this to my granddaughter for her third birthday and it was a big hit! Her favorite color is yellow!Decent quality for the money.

Used this product to take my girls to Disney on ice and it was a hit! They loved it so much and it made them feel like real princesses.

The overall quality of the Cape is pretty nice, I bought this for my 3 year old niece. I read the reviews and understood that I'd need to size up a lot if I wanted it to hit the ground, so I did. I got a size 12 for a 3 year old and it barely touched her ankles, so if you want a cloak like feel size up as much as possible. She is obsessed with it so I guess it was a good purchase. The straps to hold it on seem well attached as well.

I took the advice of another reviewer and ordered 2 sizes up. This is a 6-7 yr size on my almost 3yr old. I was looking for something that was long length - more of a cape than a shawl - and I’m pleased with the results of ordering up in size!

I bought two of these princess capes. One in blue which came with a hook and eye closure at the neck and one in pink which had ties at the neck. From reading reviews I ordered size 10-11 for Bothell three year old girls. They fit perfectly. If I had ordered the smaller size they suggest it would have only covered their shoulders. I washed them both in my washing machine upon arrival on delicate and hung to dry so that they could play with them right away. For the price they are worth it even if I had to wait a couple of weeks. Both arrived before Christmas so all were happy.

I bought my two granddaughters these capes (different sizes) for Christmas. I liked them because they do not have to fit like a dress, so you can get several years out of them even as they grow. The quality seems good and there are ties at the neckline which is much better than a button would be. So far I can't find anything significantly wrong with them and the girls seem to like them.

I have a 6 year old daughter and she wants a cape. I ordered this one because it has 4.5 stars. The material is ok and the cape is made ok. I would say that it’s not worth 26 CAD dollars. You can get a better one from say H&M for cheaper price, but unfortunately that’s not an option given the stay at home policy due to the virus.Also, the size is small. My daughter is 120cm. I ordered 6-7 y size. It’s small for her.
