Shark Fin Shape Ice Cube Tray Ice Mold

In order to use this, you have to have a flat surface in your freezer or enough space to fit a bowl that will hold this mold. I was pleased with how easy it was to get the ice out, but when they were put in carbonated drinks, they tipped over on their side so the fins were lying flat on the surface and melted quickly. I think if the base were bigger, the weight of the base would keep the fin part upright. They might work better in non-carbonated drinks, since the bubbles tend to pop on the surface and jostle the ice. Cute idea but not tested enough. Still good for a laugh, though.

so, it does the job, it makes the ice cubes, but they don't float like shark fins, and getting them into the freezer is kind of a pain because it's got no rigidity, definitely make sure you can rig up something before you buy it

The ice is too heavy and so the fin flips over upside dowm and goes into the drink so you cant really see that its a shark fin. Kinda dissapointing but hey its still an effective ice tray.

These do not go upright like a shark. The ice cubes don’t look like sharks to me. Only makes a few. May be a better candy mold:

Disappointing. I thought it would be a fun thing to have around but I’d try them out myself first. The fan doesn’t stay up it ends up pointing down into the drink. Not worth it. The silicone mold is flimsy as can be. Save your money
