I had two pairs of insoles delivered today. These were the slightly more expensive pair. This insole is like a jelly to walk on and very comfortable so far. The other pair (Dr. Foot) are ok, but are a foam pad. I am wearing them now to try out.I also like that these are kind of sticky underneath so once put in the shoe and lined up - they stay put.

Update.... they reached out and processed a refund for me for these. I still suggest the vender find a way to make this easier. They list refunds are available but the way their account is set up you can not cintact them directly. But i got my refund for not fitting supports.You attempt to contact the vendor and you just get amazon chat stating you can not return the item. You attempt to request a return and it is not able to be returned. Very uncomfortable and does not fit a size 13 shoe as stated. Too small. Doesn't work.

My 13 year old son has the flattest feet I have ever seen! Two years ago, his pediatric orthopedic specialist told us not to put inserts in his shoes because inserts in his shoes would feel the same to him as us having a rock in ours; therefore, we didn't use inserts. At the beginning of this year's basketball season, he had a stress fracture in his left heel and was in a boot for five weeks. His adult orthopedist recommended using inserts in his shoes when he got out of the boot. After trying one pair of these in my son's shoes, I have now ordered two more so that we can swap them in and out of different pairs of shoes when needed. He really likes them, but had to get used to them which took no time at all. They give his flat feet just the right amount of arch support which help his legs feel better and also gives him extra support in the heel to keep him from re-injuring that fracture. My son wears a 14 and the XL fits his shoes just right. (Remove the original inserts before installing these. I didn't know that the first time around....lesson learned.👍🏼)

The gel portion of the pad, for the ball of the foot, for me, was not distingquishable ..I did not sense the gel cushion

The shoes that these went into were "okay," but my legs tired using them, and a long walk left a knee complaining. When I trimmed these insoles and put them in, it was like I had bought a different pair of shoes instead. I can't tell you how well they support you, but I can tell you they saved a $75 pair of shoes, and made them extremely comfortable to use on long walks.

The product seems to be reasonable quality and well made, but where it says "Eligible for Refund or Replacement", you have to click on it to see the rest of the fine print: "Eligible for Refund or Replacement IF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE". Amazon is hiding the ball putting this caveat in the drop-down box where it says "Eligible for Refund or Replacement"...it tricks people.Feet are very particular things; a standard size or shape is unlikely to fit every foot. Therefore, this seller, and Amazon, should be VERY MUCH more clear about this refund business. It's a reason not to purchase, really. : /

I needed a size 13 and these fit exactly like I wanted. I suppose they can also be cut down for smaller sizes, but perfect for me.

I ordered these because I had a great pair of Thorogood Ultimate Gel Insoles but since they are no longer on Amazon I was looking for something similar. These have gel on the ball of the foot as well as heel, but the gel just isn't soft at all. Not sure if it is actually gel or just a hard material that looks like gel. After cutting these to fit my boots and wearing them for a full day, my feet absolutely ached in the ball of the foot area as if I had no insoles at all. I will pay for shipping to by the Thorogood insoles somewhere else.

I had pain in the balls of my feet, in my heels and sometimes my toes at the point they attached to the balls of my feet.Bought one pair and tried them in my treadmill runners and after a week or two no pain.I have since put the same insoles in my walking shoes and my everyday work shoes.Beauty.

The insole is all foam with no heal cup of arch structure. The foam is not that thick.

Had to order different insoles about a week later because these were too thin.
