I bought this timer plug to charge a leaf blower for a fixed period. I bought the same thing five years ago to charge a tennis ball machine. The timer plugs allow me to charge something for a fixed period. This avoids over-charging and ensures that the equipment is charged and available for the next person to use. The timer plug is easy to use and our first one is still working well after five years of use.

Very easy to set, but for only one 'event' which can then be repeated for each day of the week.

Very good and safe I’ve been using this timer plug with a clothes rail in my laundry room, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my routine. If I had to point out one small downside, it’s that the design feels quite basic and not particularly premium—but that doesn’t affect performance at all. It does exactly what it promises, reliably. Brilliant bit of kit. Bought for our lean to downstairs toilet electric heater after it was left on all night and could have caused a fire. Now it's set to go off after 15 mins even if someone forgets plus it has the green light which due to the location of our socket acts as a handy reminder to turn it off anyway. Easy to use too, would definitely recommend.

This works great, we use it for our heated clothes airer to switch off after the set period as we kept forgetting.

An excellent piece of kit but not for use in the bedroom,the LEDs don't go off and tend to light up the room, however, it works well and is easy to use. The LEDs go out when unit switched off but that defeats object if on repeat.
