Handy and it works

The switch controls the power as stated and my Onince wired to wireless car play + video streaming unit does not encounter any lag like it did with other switches. It blends in well into my 2018 Ram center console. Now I won't worry about the unnecessary power drain on my battery as the USB ports are constantly on.

I need this gadget for my Hello Kitty snow globe. I was tired of plugging the USB cord and unplugging it each time I wanted to turn it on. This gadget was the perfect answer. Plug one end into your wall USB gadget and in my case, I plugged my Hello Kitty snow globe to the other end. Now, I have a switch to turn it on and off with the greatest of ease.

i bought this because I have a KVM switch for the devices on my bedroom desk.. The mouse had a tendency to not be picked up when i switch which machine has my focus.. this allows me to cut power to the mouse which as far as the machines are concerned is as good as disconnecting it, and turn it back on to reconnect.. this is sooo much easier and more convenient then reached to the back of the desk to the KVM to manually remove and replace it.. Solid option would recommend

Minor Cons: Switch Isn’t Labeled: There’s no light indicator to show if the switch is on or off, which can be slightly annoying depending on your setup. Using this product so I can easily turn on and off some USB powered led audio spectrum meters for my computer. The device is super simple. The switch and cables are 40" long. It is 6" from the end of the female ending to the switch, switch is 2 inches long and the cord from the switch to male USB ending is 32". -Cords are sturdy and a nice length. Lets you not only make a USB device switchable but acts as a nice USB extension. -The switch has a nice feel to it and clicks on and off without any issues. -The price was reasonable. -Connections feel sturdy and they are not loose in where I feel the connection will become undone and not overly tight where I have to worry about damage to what is being plugged into the fittings. Note - This can be used with any USB device (data or power) that you wan to turn completely off. I am using this on a led light which the smallest amount of residual power will leave it flickering with no problems. Some examples of what would be ideal for the switch are LCD lights, USB jump drives, USB external drives, etc. If you are using a jump drive or external drive, this will make it so the pc does not detect it until such time you turn the switch back on. Tip - Use double-sided foam tape on the bottom of the switch and place where you want to use it. Would certainly recommend this and will update this review should this device have problems with ongoing use.

This USB switch works perfectly. I use it to turn on and off a USB fan. Saves on AC Highly recommended.

It serves the purpose. When it is turned off it disconnects the connection. Great product.

I'm using this switch to turn off and on my cheap K-mart laptop cooler which does not have its own on/off switch. This makes it much more convenient. Switch feels sturdy and satisfying top click. I think it will last for a long time.
