The variety of colors is good. The result is not what I consider vibrant ... they are a pretty pastel though.Note:. It took almost a full bottle of coloring to achieve the brightness for each bowl of pancake mix in the picture.

This set is a MUST have for whoever bakes. I made my son's cake and all the fondant related with it. I got white fondant and colored it all with this kit. Take a look at the photo and you will see how amazing it is. All the letters are fondant - used a lot of the colors and created the rainbow.

My 3 yr old is quite the chef and loves dying our pancakes in the morning to make them colorful. This variety of colors he is in LOVE with!!!!

Words can’t describe how beautiful these colors come out. Vibrant yet soft, delicious-looking and very inviting, bright yet natural. Great variety (12 shades). We used them for slime and egg coloring. AMAZING colors. No smell whatsoever. Convenient packaging, doesn’t drip or spill all over the place. Very important for crafts: comes off easily from mixing bowls and hands (but stays in slime and on egg shells). Another important thing is that mixing different colors produces equally amazing hybrid colors, which is very rare from my experience. I used many good food colors in my life because my kids love doing crafts; It never crossed my mind to leave a review until now. Because mixing these colors was a WOW experience even for an adult... the feeling of joy it gives you and makes you feel like a kid again... and for kids - it’s so satisfying to make something so beautiful with their own little hands. Highly recommend this brand.

These are incredible! I was so pleasantly surprised! You never know with Amazon stuff, but these didn’t disappoint. The color is SO vibrant!! The only one that took a LOT was the purple - and I still wasn’t very happy with it after numerous drops. But that’s just purple in general, typically.Overall I loved these - you don’t need much to go a long way, even with yellow!I just wish they had a card to show you which color was which. I had to do various tests to make sure the names were the actual colors I wanted. They’re not traditional names, so it was a little odd but just do a test and you’ll figure it out quickly. Overall, amazing!

I was a little nervous buying after reading some reviews but I believe I read more good then bad so I purchase this. I also used “Royal icing” & this was absolutely fun & amazing! It was a bit hard to reach those “neon” colors but I achieved as much as I could which I can’t complain for my first time using. I will definitely recommend & now I’ll be able to use these for cookies, cakes & more! Thanks again

So pleased with these gel colors! A little goes a long way! They work perfect when mixed as well for special colors. I used it for cream cheese mints: butter rum, Irish cream coffee, and passionfruit/raspberry. Thank you for a wonderful product and great service!!

It’s exciting to have so many different food colors, more fun than just having the standard 4. So far we have used this for a shaving cream sensory bin for our toddler and she loved it! The colors were vibrant and she loved squeezing the colors into the foam and swirling them around. We will be using these for many more activities in the future!
