Are bioGo cups leak proof?

Our on-the-go range of bioGo cups are designed to be leak resistant. This means that they avoid leaks in 99% of cases, but any heavy rough housing could cause problems! For an 100% leak proof cup, please buy our stainless steel cups.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Are the cups hot to hold?

Despite their on-the-go design, all of our cups have sophisticated anti-scold tech. This means no matter how hot or cold your drink, the body of the cup will remain a good temperature and can be held without issues.

Are these cups suitable for children?

Our cups have strong anti-scold tech and are incredibly lightweight, so in that respect are suitable for children. Although we usually only sell 16oz cups. Let us know if you want to see a children's version!

How strong is the thermal tech?

Due to the on-the-go design and lightweight nature of the cup, our main bioGo cups do not have excessively good thermal or insulating properties. If you like drinking on-the-go and typically finish your drink in 1-2 hours, this is the cup for you.
